Attention TWL Season 5 Squads!
ATTENTION ALL TWL SEASON 5 SQUADS
With the start of TWD, it is now time to start organizing squads for participation in Trench Wars Leagues Season 6. Any and all squads that participated in and completed TWL Season 5 are invited to return to the leagues they participated in. This is not an open to the public squad registration, we just need to know at this time who is returning from last season and who is not. Here are some guidelines for returning squads to follow in order to complete the notification process.
[list=1][*]Only the squad captains will be allowed to notify us of their teams desired participation in TWL season 6.[*]Only one notification request will be accepted for each squad. Please do not send multiple requests. All requests must be sent to trenchwarsleagues@yahoo.com or they will not be accepted. [*]Each application must include the following: Squad name, List of Squad Captains, Current Squad Member List, and Name of the Leagues Squad is returning to.[*]Returning squads can only apply at this time for leagues they participated in last year. Application for admission into new league divisions will be accepted when registration is made public. [*]Returning squads must have at least 50% of their returning line-up the same as the end of TWL Season 5. Teams with less will be considered entry level squads, but may petition the League Coordinator for special exception.[*]Notifications for returning squads will be accepted starting Monday January, 6 2003 at 12 pm EST, and end on Sunday January 12, 2003 at 12 pm EST. No intent to return applications will be accepted after this time.[/list=1]
It is important that all returning squads notify us as quickly as possible. We need this information in order to start creating gameplay schedules, playoff structures, divisional structures, and to determine open positions for when TWL registration is opened to the public. Please send the applications to trenchwarsleagues@yahoo.com. Notifications sent after the deadline will not be considered and the vacant position will be made available for open registration.
As of this time there is no set date for the start of TWL public registration or for the start of TWL season 6. Rest assured we are working diligently on completing this seasons structure in order to start as soon as possible.
IMPORTANT REMINDER: THIS NOTIFICATION IS ONLY FOR SQUADS WHO INTEND TO RETURN TO TWL. THIS IS NOT AN OPEN SQUAD REGISTRATION FOR ENTRANCE INTO TWL.
