Hot or Not

Hot or Not this season will be done in the following fashion:

One or two people will be chosen to be in charge of it. Names will be declared on a later date.

After each week's games, EVERYONE can submit their own Hot or Not to TWLHON@gmail.com. Those in charge will read over those HoNs and pieces together some better ones and then post the finalized HoN onto the twl site.

How do you prevent people from 'grinding personal axes' with this approach? How do you know the author even saw the game he/she is writing about? Aren't these forums meant to serve the purpose of allowing anyone to post personal opinions/rumors/gossip? Why add the sanction of the league to this kind of opinion?

Eph, thats why me and PaulO are in charge of breaking down what we receive, so that it's coherent and makes some sort of logical sense/flow. if it's just one guy slaggin' someone and it's not funny, it's not going to make it.

If people want Hot or Not this season to be above par, they need to start submitting their own. Nick and I can write them up ourselves, but I can almost guaruntee you that if people are submitting we'll find better articles than either of us could write. We only recieved two submissions this week, and only one was able to be used.

I do hope next week people will watch some more matches and feel the urge to express their opinions.
