Shinobi 3-0 weekend

pssst, it's week 8 now. you're lucky as hell you only had to play 2 good opponents so far, and you did upset 1 of them (or rather, nowyoudie did )

actually, upon looking, you've had a pretty decently easy season.

Melee, Passion, Kose, HEAVY and Slam are far from powerhouses, as are Pandora and Ancients. -F- and Sk8 were the only really tough teams you played. With dice still to come. No synd, no diso, no pirates.

Actually upon looking at the standings, there really aren't that many good teams out there, so i guess your season is pretty standard. The point still stands, time to get them out there.

Blame the conferences, if anything. Shin's 3 cross conference games were Ancients/Kose/Passion while slam got Diso/Pirates/Boz. Keep in mind that we were originally supposed to play GV instead of Kose.

Looking at the conferences now, theres really no reason to have 16 teams in TWLJ. There are 2 squads (Kose, Passion) with 0 wins, 2 squads (Melee, Heavy) with 1 win, and 2 squads (Ancients, Pandora) with 2 wins. Cutting 5 of those squads wont make that much of a difference, but it will make the league much more "fair". All squads play each other and at the end of the season, pick the top 6 (1st/2nd skip a round of playoffs) or top 8.

Besides, removing 5 spots from TWL will make it a lot more competetive...

Look; slam+shinobi are close in twlj - and it just sucks thats there's such a difference in the squads we play...we had no chance of qualifying. Reversely, shin beat sk8 and we didn't so at this stage it appears that they are better.
One thing you can count on is we will give it our all in the twlj vs shin..although GA cant make it :/
