Why appeal should not be upheld paragraph 3 and below

It should have taken place. Everyone was debating for 20...30 mins on whether or not to start the next round. All bot issues had been resolved by that time. This appeal is bullshit.

All I was saying was that delaying the game wasn't a decision -F- could make, because they did not have the power to start the game, that was up to the ops.

Your other argument was that Disqualifier delayed the game intentionally.

Disqualifier is a player, he was not the one running the match. No matter how much he PM'd the staff, he had no power to decide what time the game would start. If you read the log he posted of his conversation between himself and P_L you would see that staff was operating at their own pace. You can blame -F- for trying to stall, but that does not affect anything because ultimately -F- had no power to stall the game, the ops made that decision while they thought about what they should do.

I believe the reason why TWL Staff waited so long is because TWL Staff was having to talk to both squads a the same time to resolve this issue, rather than going right ahead with the match. Why should a squad be punished because of what Staff did?

Edit: I'm not sure if you noticed, but not one of the arguments that I have made in either this thread, or in the UF appeal thread have been able to be refuted by any of the people like you who are in favor of breaking rules. The reason might just be that i'm right.

You said that staff was talking to both sides, and why should the squads be penalized for what staff did. However, you did not include any information as to how much time this "talking" caused -- also nowhere in the rules does it mention that staff can not take time to decide what to do. If staff had decided to not play round 3 at that time, pirates would never have won that round 3. Staff made a mistake and did allow round 3 to take place.

By the way, I don't want to play the "bias" card on you, but do keep in mind that you're on Pirates, and I wouldn't expect you to have an impartial view.

It started 42 mins after it was scheduled to because Disq was putting up a fight. As far as me being on Pirates, I honestly could care less about TWLJ. I don't like javing, never care to jav...but this about the appeal and I'm calling bs.

Even if the fight started 30:01 mins after the game was scheduled to be played, I don't see how it causes a problem. Still within the rules.
