Thunder - has a good ld side, could go all the way.
Syndicate - its syndicate, nuff said.
Rampage - seem to be rusty atm, but they have some quality birds.
Disoblige - i dont want to seem pompous, but i have higher expecations this season than ever before.
dicE - brazil, ftw, can be dangerous.

Ash - goot some good wb's but i dont think they can go all the way.
Sake - rush + lag = dangerous, but that wont carry them to the title.
Unleash - not to be underestimated, but a threat for the title?
Ancients - the dea crew could pull some upsets, but i dont think they have what it takes for the whole enchilada.
BoZ - improved, but not enough.
Boxer - destined to share the same fate as Heavy last season.
Squad!! - back again, why bother?
Subdue - could pull some upsets, but will not make playoffs.
Rival - meh?
Savanger - ummm?
SYnE - no comment.
top tier 6 + Ash and Sake would be enough for a good LD season imo.

the point is to get it to less than 16 teams. 12 teams is fine by me. 16 teams is not fine by me. 14 teams would be ok for me, but i really prefer 12.
but for ppl who say 12 teams is too few, dont say it should be 16 teams, cause the past twls have shown that 16 is too many. try to whine the team limit to 14 or so if you must. =P

Well with TWLB you have to consider two things. Either you want each and every game in twl to be as competitive as possible and make every weekend an exciting weekend. I think this would help get the older players more active in playing twlb.

Considering we've been trying to increase the basing population in the past few years, having more squads would encourage more people to go into basing.
Of course, we have the issue in that there are one side who would prefer competitiveness and the other who would prefer to try to keep the basing population going up, but it goes either way. The decrease in competition is causing older players to quit because it's getting boring, but the increase in competition causes it to be much harder for newer players to get into basing.

12 team idea is great. Dont let these guys who are on shitty squads tell u different because they are afraid they wont make it to TWL. No offence dadswasnt meant4u! TWD is where the newer squads can come and learn and get known. Remember TWD is also a league and also has winners at the end of the season. TWL is the top level competition in TW and should be competative each and every week.

unworthy squads usually slip by when you put the limit too high but it's un-fair to those squads who deserve a shot at TWL. What's in place to stop squads squeezing through who have shown absolutely no ability to play in a league nor deserve it?
