TWLB Preseason: Week 1 Predictions

-FINAL- vs. Anti-Scrub: The battle of which squad has shaken off their rust? Or will it just come down to pure skill, considering they're both inactive? Haven't seen brookus and za gophar playing terribly much, I think -FINAL- will come out strong as usual, and pick up the victory.

Pandora vs. Penetrate: I like Penetrate, however Pandora is a #2 or #3 squad in my opinion, and if they show a top line, there won't be any question in this one. The acquisition of Kian is huge for their terrier problems, they'll pick up the win.

Disoblige vs. Syndicate: Haven't seen Syndicate play a basing match in a very long time, Diso has been keeping relatively in practice and picked up a few nice recruits. Disoblige will win, but Syndicate will put up a decent fight just because you can take any good javelin/warbird and put him in a spider, and he'll do at least decent.

BasingCrew vs. Dice: Dice is too much to handle for BC, I don't think I'll even consider predicting a Dice loss until they play squads like Spastic and Pandora.

Mambo vs. Spastic: This one should be interesting. Both of these squads are upper-tier squads and they both have strengths and weaknesses. Somehow I just think this is a year Spastic will shine. I think Spastic will pick up a win, but not an easy one, probably lots of FR fights and the score will probably be somewhere around 15:00-12:00.

Thunder vs. Virtuosus: We are going to get absolutely wrecked. 15:00-00:00, Thunder will rape us.

personally i don't think dice will lose to spastic, mambo, or pandora. if they lose during the regular season (big if), i think it will be against a middle ranked squad like bc, diso, thunder, -f-, etc. they'll underestimate and before they know it they'll be upside down getting piledrove to kingdom come.

i think spastic has a capable rooster of winning twlb, but their problem seasons ago was that they never had their top 8 online to play and had no capable subs.

I think that when pandora gets a half decent adversary ppl will find out that...
