Thats not the point. The whole thing is still flawed. I was just bringing it up now since its preaseason b4 the regular eason came along and we have this same problem come up when it matters.

it was addressed last season is what im saying after the QS incident and all the forfeits and such, but it really wasnt paid much attention as far as overhauling it by staff

It takes alot of time to develop/overhaul a website, plus u have no idea what the code for this site looks like...
hence why id love to delete it...
Plus there are other more pressing things that have had the need to be done.

At least its better than nothing!

here's an idea that i haven't seen (forgive me if i'm echoing someone else, I only skimmed!):

Have all match scheduling done one week prior. So this week we should be scheduling next weekend's match.

Not too tough on coding imo (although I haven't seen TWLeague's code and I've heard it's pretty atrocious, so who knows), and it will give squads a whole week to plan their weekends around the matches. It's not the most perfect solution, but I think it would take off some of the stress of finding out you didn't get your time 1 or 2 days before the match.

why don't you just have the negotiating time period shortened? so say it starts on monday and ends wednesday. if the team doesnt respond back then u get the gametime when u proposed it.

Actually all of those ideas blow, all you need to do is have a TWL Scheduling Op, who takes captains to a private arena and sits down and has a short talk with both captains, and then decides what is the fairest time for both of them if they still can't come to a reasonable conclusion at the end of five minutes. As far as just scheduling games randomly or whatever, that is just fucking stupid. The whole point of making this TWL 12 teams was to strengthen the challenge of getting into and playing in TWL because supposedly with less teams, you have less bad teams. Why wouldn't you want to have games scheduled when both teams can show their top lines, I want to see good games personally. I don't want to go watch a Disoblige vs Sake match and have to watch people like Ward and War playing against each other, lobbing strays while spitting out coords out of habit.

i think 1 team didnt get the time they wanted. if they had requested a time, there wouldn't have been a problem. at this point, the system is working

Well, this weekend i specifically told pascone we cant do 2pm we can only do 3/4/5. 3 options, but yet he chooses 2pm to do our game. You guys hoping for a good game? wont happen all our dsbers have a dsb match at that timeslot. GG TW

well you have 2 other captains.. and guess what, one of them agreed to the time that was only an hour later than you wanted. if your captain didn't want it, sure enough, you would have gotten your time. you should know that squads that only need to play one game are expected to somewhat more leinant(sp?!)
