Develop schedule for entire season before season even starts. Do this before announcing which squads qualify. Part of accepting the invite to the leagues is also accepting the dates/times of the games. If squads do not like the dates/times set then they do not have to accept the invite to league(s). Squads/players would have plenty of time to adjust their personal schedules so they can make the games.
Do best that can be done to make it fair by giving each squad the same amount of 'bad' or 'good' times. When setting schedule/dates, give the squads that qualify for more than one league (TWLD, TWLJ, and TWLB ) slight scheduling preference since they have excelled, but still make things as fair as possible.
