Penetrate vs. Syndicate
Not too worried about this game, but Syndicate should put up at least a decent fight, mainly because we may be lacking in the sharking department. Possible absences, etc. Of course, that's what depth is for, but it'll still help Syndicate.
Thunder vs. Pandora
Most anything can happen with the right conditions, if say tons of Pandora starters don't show up or if their terr or sharks lag out at really bad times... but really, with all things being equal this game won't even be close. It's Pandora, after all. Maybe 5 minutes for Thunder.
-FINAL- vs. Disoblige
Even though I'd like to see Diso win, I didn't particularly like what I saw in Diso's week 5 game. -FINAL- loses only for one of two reasons: 1) They fuck up/mess with their line, or 2) Diso's spiders learn to restrain their often suicidal agression. You don't break a good cram by just throwing yourselves on it.
dicE vs. Anti-Scrub
Anti-Scrub hasn't done much this season at all, really, and Dice is a top-squad. No contest.
BasingCrew vs. Spastic
Spastic is still a good squad, and Basingcrew hasn't exactly been stellar during this season. Still, I think a good effort put forth by Basingcrew combined with a mistake or two on Spastic's part will net them a good amount of time, but not enough to win.
Virtuosus vs. Mambo
Mambo is Mambo, and Virtuosus is not going to take them down. I haven't seen either of Virt's wins for this season, so I don't know what the balance was between Virt actually being good or the other squad severely choking, so I really don't know how much time they will get... but they're not winning.

I agree with most of this, but Disoblige has some of the best cram breaking spiders in this damn game man. I sharked for them for quite a while, and I can't begin to tell you how nice it is to have spiders that can (and regularly do) push, rather then being people more concerned with their rec. I didn't see the game, so maybe they were off - but these guys know how to get past a good cram anyday.

I dunno, maybe it was just that last game. I saw Diso's spids pushing very aggressively all game long, but suicidally so a majority of the time. They did break cram a number of times, but usually when they did they wouldn't be very organized in the ensuing FR battle. They'd split to either side as they entered, and would continue to push, but the side their terr didn't go to (i.e. where newly attaching sharks couldn't help them) would get mopped up by -FINAL-, while the other side would do somewhat well. Unfortunately, they'd still be so single-minded in their push that they would practically ignore one avenue of attack or another (under or over), and because of this -FINAL- would flank and rape them.
Of course, this didn't happen all the time. All other times their push would swallow up -FINAL-'s retreating terr, but because this happened less often than the former scenario, they ended up losing. I just think that if they'd temper their aggression with a bit of discipline, they would get more time. Diso's spiders are like Berserkers, really. They charge forward without regard to the wounds they're taking on. They push recklessly, and so they die a lot, which gives the other team a chance to recoup their strength and turn the tide back in their favor.
Its frustrating to write these lines after every post^
I'd hope there would be another way..like some automatic system that fills them itself after every post.
Sweet! I was about to get one that said something with Diso.. thought it might be a little bit to nerdy so I skipped it.
You mean you spilled cola on it?
