actually if you knew anything you would realize your not allowed to talk to your drill instructors after bootcamp, its called fratinization, and yes the UCMJ applies to all services

Your allowed to talk via "email, and phonelines". I am fimiliar with the law. Plus now that Im out, im also allowed to talk with them.
