well, i dunno, i'm not a fan of the starting values being based on squads. i realize there are alot of players and it'd probably be impossible to just assign each person their own starting value. . .

Okay... here's the idea for TWL Manager - Base (fantasy base):

Every manager need to make their lineup (8 players). Players dont have values. 1 terr and 2 sharks max. And you only can take 1 player from squad.. you cant take 2 pallies for example. Manager gets points like this: Players in winning squad give points. If you have players from any winning squad, you get points. Terr gives 3 points, sharks give 2 and other ships give 1 point.

Fantasy style does not include buying players. You just pick them in a draft system (the players themselves do not change teams). Then your picked players, which cost no value, can gain points for meeting certain criteria. In european football, they would gain like 10 points for scoring a goal, etc.

same person can be in many teams. if you still havent understand how this will work.. you will get it when we get this ready. when someone buys a player from list.. he/she wont get anywhere from that list. he/she can be bought again...

You get points if they play too, because its not guaranteed that everybody from your line-up will actually play every week.

fantasty pools (ie sports pools) work in many various ways, including this one.

one catch?

what if one week brookus is terring and you take him as a terr for you...

but next week he is sharking instead?

or any player for that matter?

having your 1 terr and 2 shark lineup (which is great idea ) but if you have to pick your roster each week before the games are played...you dont know who is playing each week...


you could dress/pick 2 terrs and 3 sharks...but only score your best 1 terr/2 shark combo...and that might cover that if someone plays in a different ship then what you are picking them for

points have changed.. you get 5 from terr 3 from shark, 2 from other ships... THIS IS WHEN THEY ARE PLAYING IN WINNING TEAM... (maybe there will be 1 point from getting to play)

you can only change 2 or 3 players / twlb-season
if your player doesnt get to play.. that's your loss

and you dont pick persons to assigned ships... you only pick players you take into your team. but you can only get points from 1 terr, 2 sharks and 5 other ships... so...

example: you pick players a, b, c, d, e, f, g, h

a - gets to play as terr but they lose
b - gets to play as terr and they win
c - gets to play as shark and they win
d - gets to play as shark and they win
e - gets to play as shark and they win
f - gets to play as spider and they win
g - doesnt get to play but they win
h - gets to as spider but they lose

so.. you get points from b, c, d, f

5 from b - because he was terring and won
3 from c and d - because they were playing sharks and won
2 from f - because he was playing spider and won

so you got total of 10 points that weekend

you dont get points from
a - because he lost
e - because you already got points from 2 winning sharks
g - because he didnt play
h - becase he lost
