Conversely, I could argue that the 5 spider lineup has been done to death and has been ruining the appeal of twlb for old and new players alike for 2+ years. Revisions are made to major sports all of the time to provide for a more exciting and competitive setting.

I really agree, sure the freedom to play 5 spiders is great but come on. It'd really spice things up to force squads that usually only play spiders to get some specials going. What's wrong with 4 spiders? Whats so ridiculas about having to play a special. Forces squads to expand their basing skills, makes the entire thing more competitive. Isn't that what everyone wants, a more competitive twl?
