TWL-B Rules - Changing Ships

The rule regarding shipchanges in TWLB will remain as stated. Registered captains will be able to use 3 substitutes and 3 ship swaps* only.

*A ship swap is defined as two players, who are playing in the current game, trade places.

here's a quick hint to everyone who's worried about ship changes:

here are the three lineups you'll see

1 terr, 2 sharks, 1 jav, 4 spiders

1 terr, 2 sharks, 1 jav, 1 bird, 3 spiders

1 terr, 2 sharks, 5 spiders

here are two unlikely possibilities

1 terr, 2 sharks, 3 spiders, 2 javs

1 terr, 2 sharks, 1 bird, 4 spiders

if you want to be safe, play the first one, if you want to put your balls out there, play the second or third, if you are on some throwback or revolutionary shit, try the latter two.

i think 2d's talking about blind lineups not only covering their ship, but the player.. covering both who's going to be in the game and the ship.

personally i like this idea, would be nice to have it in all leagues.

it would be nice to have those blind things... bot would register !adds but wouldnt put players in before everyone has been added for both teams.. then you couldnt change anymore,.. like that?

TWLD/TWLJ it would be useless, you all use the same ship, so it doesn't matter. The people you put in rarely changes your strategy, and if it does, you'll find out in like 10 seconds who's in the game or not, so no. Only TWL-B Please, as it only affects that certain league.

If you're going to allow ship changes, then you need to allow unlimited shipchanges.

I can understand why shipchanges weren't allowed before the coming of bots, but now that we have them I really think it should be allowed with at least one shipchange.
To not be able to react to something that went wrong during game is just bad. If the thing to settle is 'which squad was the best during that specific meeting' I don't see why you shouldn't be able to shipchange... It's an argument as good for no shipchanges as it is for shipchanges...

In short, add at least one shipchange in TWLB.
