Scheduling is the last thing that needs to be finalized on our TWL website. Our coders are working very hard, but if we cant get it ready for you guys in the next couple days, then we will go with this schedule:

(All games take place on Sunday, Nov 30th).

How to Add Players to your TWL Roster:

1. Go to twl.trenchwars.org sometime between Sunday, 7 PM EST and Saturday, 12 AM EST. Rosters lock during the weekends and no players can be added to the TWL roster during that time.
2. Log in with your TWD login info.
3. If you are a squad captain, you will be able to see a Manage Squad Roster option in the Navigation Menu where you logged in. Click it.
4. Add and Remove players to your TWL roster.
5. You can View your squad also to make sure things are set up correctly. The Scheduling option is not functional yet.

Players who have joined the squad recently will not be added until they have sat through 1 TWL round.

did caps have any say about the times? or is it based on whoever got the most favorable time?

I didnt ask any caps. I decided the match ups based on TWD ladder at the time of qualifying. 1v2, 3v4, 5v6, etc. That way everyone is generally on an even playing field and we can watch some exciting preseason games. As for scheduling, I picked randomly, but tried to give decent times based on if you are a European or North American squad. I also tried to make sure that multi-league squads didnt have 2 games at the same time.

Why does Sweet have to play during such an inconvenient time again? We had people taking days off yesterday just to make the match at 2pm EST. We would like the time to be moved to the 4-5pm EST treshold, considering sweet has a high population of americans that cannot log on until then.

If the website function is not working, then just start scheduling threads on this forum, each thread for each match-up, so that both sides can negociate the time on the standard way.

#1) Why not have squad captains schedule their own games? seems odd that we are just assigned times to play.
