Based on TWL so far, how can any say this is anything but a TWLB Finals Preview. Both squads have fought long and hard battles throughout the season. Should be an excellent match and may just be an insight to whom will win TWLB this season.
Lets break this down by position.
Terrier: Featuring Kawrae, I give Disoblige the edge. Kawrae is a more all around better Terrier than anyone Thunder could show in this match. Dreamwin and Draft have both held their own this season. But, Kawrae has a lot more experience and I predict a big game from him. Whoever Thunder shows for Terrier, whether it is Dreamwin or Draft, I predict at least 5 deaths but Kawrae I do not envision reaching this death total. As many can assume, both lineups will be fearturing specials, Necromotic and M_M God in Javelin, so it will be a good test for each of the teams.
Terrier Edge - Disoblige.
Sharks: Disoblige has been throwing the pair of Mantra-Slider and Rednaz at opponents this season, and have been successful. To be honest, I have underrated Mantra a lot since I started playing this game. I always pictured him being an Underground type. He is on and talks more than he plays, but when he plays, hes dreadful. I have been proven wrong and I am willing to admit that. Rednaz can obviously carry his own in Shark, that goes without saying. Thunder, on the other hand, has been lead by PaulOakenfold and menelvagor. This combo has been leathal throughout this season. Like Mantra, I underrated menelvagor severely until I started to base with him. I felt as though he was far more overrated than anyone on Thunder, but again was proven wrong. He has an ability to time his reps well when a shark may doa, and also staying attached to the Terrier when backed into a corner. PaulOakenfold, like Rednaz, goes without saying. He can hold his own with the best of them. Clearly I can explain Thunder sharks better than Disoblige because I play with them on a regular basis.
Shark Edge - Thunder. Again, I am going to underrate Mantra-Slider. I would say Rednaz and Paulo are on similar levels so it comes down to Menelvagor and Mantra. I just don't see Mantra being a TWLB Champion calibur Shark, but then again, like throughout the entire season, I could possibly be proven very, very wrong.
Spiders: Disoblige this season have been lead, in a big way, by Nimbostratus and Spikey in almost every game. Nimbo, I would personally say, has been the biggest surprise this season. He has thrown an astounding 3 games of over 100 kills out of 4 TWLB games played. A very respectable feat from someone who I hadn't heard too much of before this season. Spikey, which would had been expected, has been holding his own this season also and giving teams a hard time. He has been, or so it seems, everything that Disoblige wanted and expected from this guy. This combo has also been lethal this year and it shows with their 4-1 record this season. With the special lines that we have been used to seeing with Disoblige, these two spiders are all Disoblige really needs when they have Javelins racking up high amounts and Warbirds getting timely Terrier Kills. Thunder on the other hand, has been lead with their Spiders, but Necro has been a nice addition in Javelin. Thunder, when having the privledge of playing together, could show their top line of Eelam, Ease, Kian, and dald. Peronally, I do not see another line that could top it. Eelam and myself rack up high amounts of kills while pushing along with the sharks. Ease, camps like a mofo. And dald.. I never really understood how big of a pain in the ass his lag was until I was trying to rack up a 20:0 streak in ?go javs and once I told him, he hunted me and his lag owned me like a mofo. This four fellas, when they connect, I believe could severely rape any TWLB squad. Probably, because it is my own squad, you will all think that I am very bias, but this is what I think based on what I have witnessed and taken part in this year.
Spider Edge - Thunder.
Specials: Disoblige has been showing a Warbird and Javelin regularly this season and I expect them to show both this game to torture the hell out of Thunder's Terrier this match. (Thus why I expected a minimum of 5 deaths from anyone we show in Terrier). Thunder on the other hand has been showing Necromotic in Javelin, but when Penetrate shut down Necro in Javelin, we switched him out fast and got the ball rolling. Expect to see Thunder changing Necro pretty early in the match if he is unable to do anything. If the Disoblige's Sharks are able to shut him down in the first five minutes, Necro will be changed and Ease wouldn't even think twice.
Specials Edge - Disoblige.
This game, I expect to be a really tight game that will come down to the end. I expect at least 120 people in the arena when it gets down to the finals minutes as other TWL matches are finishing up. I want to wish Disoblige the best of luck this weekend. Ending with both teams rushing the flag, this is how I predict the game will end.
Final Score: Thunder 15:00 Disoblige 14:53
