TWLJ Week 7: Hot or Not

What an awful fucking week in javs. Considering all the games were more boring than watching paint dry, the reason Fludd gets the Hot award for this week is because he put up a huge score against Laser. Going 18-9, he had more than twice the number of kills of any single player from Laser. Before I wrote this, I was tempted to give dice the Hot for this week for tactically giving Pirates the win. After seeing grandmastahs, tj hazuki, Everett, and Downfall added for the game, I thought it was a joke. However, from spec, ignite’s spamming made it more than clear that if dice would have won, they were to face Thunder in the playoffs. If they were to lose, they would face Deliria in playoffs. The funny thing is, Deliria has a better record in TWLJ than Thunder does, so hopefully this deliberate loss won’t end up fucking them over.
Honorable Mentions: DEEZ NUTS for going 13-8 against Dynasty, and not in game for going 11-7 against Disoblige, and Confluence for MVPing with 8 kills against Pirates.

It was hard to give anybody the not award for the week because prior to the weekend, the only game I looked forward to watching was dice vs. Pirates. But, since it has to be done, I’ll give it to cuji. Yes, I know Deliria has been on fire, but with the exception of Soilderz, Disoblige had a pretty strong line in. In fact, I consider you one of the better starters, but after this week I’ll have to change my mind, 3-10 is pretty embarrassing. Well, better luck next time I guess.
Dishonorable Mentions: Captain 24 and haunt for going 4-10 against Thunder, and the Dynasty players who let Quake’s best warbird dominate them in their own ship.
