1) some newbie named riverside was pming me when he got kills on me so I started macroing at his freq. After I retalliated and told his team that he was acting up, they performed corrective actions on him and I stopped macroing the 3rd round.

2) kill macros arent spam. the only way you could say the kill macro was spam was if I did it more than once/kill, which I didnt. It's not my fault I was dropping the newbies as fast as I could recharge.

3) TWD is not TWL, and has a different set of rules that apply to it.

4) I never received a warning, because I did nothing wrong.

5) You'll notice today that even though you were not in the game I was having a conversation with you pregame and then, even though you were in spec, I said 'the games on I'll talk to you after'

6) Yes I handled the situation as professionally as possible, seeing as how nobody on Pirates have been spammed, and nobody on the teams I was playing when I was being spammed got the same treatment.

7) Pretty much everyone on these forums that isnt biased agrees with me on this, so you're wasting your efforts. Congratulations on your win and enjoy round 2 of the mini-tourny!
