New TWL-D Squad

point being said yes you want the squad that is hot now, not one that was hot 3 weeks ago....

but the way the TWD is setup, and active squad playing quality teams, easily drops down the ladder being active, while a squad not being active or only playing non-twl squads stays at an even level or moves up...

the understanding way back was that TWD was to be reset when TWL started, and that games involving twl squads would not affect the rankings of TWD teams....

so by your rules, and i know you guys want the "best available" squad if someone has to sub in, you are not neccessarily getting that squad, you are getting the squad that maybe inactive or playing nobody, rather then squads that are trying to improve and playing TWL squads for practice.....

so you are encouraging squads to "NOT" practice against TWL squads in order to maintain their TWD ranking in case someone dissolves?

seems to go against everything every promotes that TWL is

and we just saw dragonguard trounce immolate yesterday. why? because dragonguard worked on improving while immolate focussed on getting a spot in twl that they are not necessarily skilled enough for. it's gonna be a long season immolate boys.

Exactly, back then when we were above Egyptain in both TWDD/TWJD ladder we were getting attacked that we play "ez" squads mostly. That got that for even some of our own members told me we dont deserve the spot. We were really close to get in both LJ and LD. Now when we play everyone who challenges if we have enough we don't deserve to be in neither. Well FU MOFOS

Note: Even though all members were really dissapointed we didn't get in we haven't dissolved and almost noone have left the squad so we cant have became weaker now.

As for TNTkilla he was a squad capt and he doublesquadded = he's not allowed to play TWL.

if you need to pick and choose who you play in twd to make twl, you probably aren't good enough to be in twl, regardless of whether or not you make it.

if your squad can't beat the squads that do this, there are problems too.

either way, get better as a squad, use twd, focus on it, don't focus on a league you aren't in. twl is the pinnacle of competition in trench wars yes, but not making it doesn't mean you can't still have a great time with your squad.

People who aren't in TWL are lucky, last season (or ANY of the previous systems) didn't have a hella cool system to challenge squads for matches, especially anytime they felt like it.

You should feel very fortunate.

this is a great point. I keep seeing people say "if we play twl squads, our rating goes down and we can't get a spot"..

if you can't beat twl squads, WHY DO YOU WANT INTO TWL?!

Copy, nothing you say is going to make you sound like anything but a sore loser. It's plainly apparent that the only reason you're bitching about this is because you want your squad in leagues. You should take the fact that nobody other than Nasir (who is an idiot) is backing you up to mean that your point is completely invalid. You're making your squad look a lot worse/newer in this process.

Set up times whe your squad should show up to practice.. if your top 5 don't show up, what makes you think they're gonna show up for twl?

recruit some new guys who are more active.


if you think you're better than some twl squads (brits and NS?) you'll have your chance to prove it at the end of this season.. if you don't last that long, you weren't cut out for twl anyway.\

I don't even know why I'm still replying to this, I guess because I'm at work and I've got nothing better to do. just read hte rules, learn the rules, stop bitching.. nobody's gonna give it to you, you have to earn it.

copy, here's a quick little excercise you can do to see if you have a point.

would you be willing to sacrifice your squad's position in twl to enforce the argument you have? say dragonguard was ahead of you at the time twl qualifying squads were picked but your squad got the spot this past weekend because you had a higher rating at the time.

would you make a post saying "why do we have a twl spot? dragonguard deserves it, give it to them!"

if not, you are just complaining about not making twl and not actually trying to help the system, and thus, stop wasting the effort.

go play twd with your squad, improve, and be ready for next twl when squads have to re-qualify.

Hehe.. Copy you're an idiot. Saying that British Squad and Paladen doesn't qualify for TWL with current TWD standings doesn't help your point at all.

Also it isn't true. Paladen, NS, and BS.. all made their leagues because they were in TWL last season and they still had at least half of their roster from the previous season. What their scores in TWD were didn't effect whether or not they would make it into TWL.

you're comparing squads that have been around for 2 years+ to your squad that started last month. I can guarantee tht if you keep your squad together and fighting for 2 years, you'll be in all 3 twl leagues too (unless you were born with an extra chromosome, which seems to be a possibility).
