I was thinking the same thing before I read it being suggested, one week off and let's finish this bitch. If we take 1 week off, we got 3 weekends until x-mas break. Playoffs will take 3 weeks for each league. Boom.

If we wait until TWLJ ends, we will have to wait for x-mas and new years break to end, and it will be 5 or 6 weeks until we play again. It doesn't seem worth it just so we can have all 3 finals matches on the same day.

I'd rather go with what KK said and let LB/LJ just play through and let LD go on its own course. This idea is much much better then making all squads have a 1 month break. You could take this weekend coming off (thanksgiving) and still get the playoffs in b4 christmas probably.

I know my squad is not in twlj or lb, but I do have a opinion on this matter. Why wait? Why not just start those leagues next week? Or maybe take one week off and then start. I don't really see this effecting any of the leagues. To be honest it would draw bigger crowds in spec to watch lj and lb playoffs. And would also draw larger crowds to ld playoffs aswell. I see it as a win, win situation for all leagues. Plus less whining and crying from the lj and lb newbies.

That's right, Jim Mora. I'm talking about playoffs. No, I am not kidding you.

The TWLJ and TWLB sections of the regular season have just come to a close, and the opening round of the playoffs for those two leagues is set.

TWLJ
Dice (8-1) and Mad (7-2) automatically advance to the semifinals. Mad defeated Thunder in the regular season to earn the #2 seed via tiebreaker.
Thunder (7-2) will face Respect (4-5), who beat Sage in the regular season to move on to the playoffs.
Shinobi (6-3) will take on Boss (5-4).

TWLB
Respect (7-1) and Sage (7-1) automatically advance to the semifinals. Respect defeated Sage in the regular season to earn the #1 seed.
Dice (6-2) will face Brainwave (3-5), who lost to Penetrate in the regular season and thus receive a lower seed.
Mad (5-3) will take on Penetrate (3-5).

Reseeding will take place for the semifinals. This means the 1 seed will face the lower seeded of the two quarterfinals winners, while the 2 seed will face the higher seed.

I know these squads, particularly the one-leaguers, don't want to sit on their hands for the better part of a month while waiting for TWLD to end, so I'll be taking suggestions from their players as to what we can do to fill the downtime. ?message is the preferred method, as I'm afk a lot.
