Why is there shrap in the TWLJ arena?

I believe the results of the last poll was that 2/3 of everyone said no to shrap. Why is it there? Are the smods trying to get people pissed off?

Shrap has no place in jav league for so many reasons it's not even funny.

I was under the impression shrap was removed from TWLJ... but with the current temporary server, we are using an old backup.. probably with older twlj settings.
