From a league standpoint, I'd go with:

Buckaroo

Those would be the ones I've seen the most and have led their teams to tough wins. Bronc gets a nod for the amazing game he had against Pallies. Utop for a great scrimmage against A-S and a good match against NS where Crips were down players most of the game.

The best terrs (overall) I've seen play would be :

Mythrandir
(bunch of others)

The others I either haven't seen enough to make a good call (Utopia, for example), or they are so close to another that they don't stand out.
