royce joined the twd roster on oct 1 before the lock. this is easily verified.

That sucks for you guys. You must not be liked much. When I joined Paladen, Humid responded immediately and manually added me himself. I still had to wait a week, but I was added. I'm not so sure they have any responsibility to add you guys AFTER the lock, so I think you are screwed. You should've said something in game a long time ago.
