I didn't axe vys because we lost, I axed him because he couldn't stfu and various other reasons, which I've already gone over.

Also, I wasn't a captain at the time we played Asians, nor did I play in that match versus Asians. Just so you know, quiz wanted to make me a captain a long, long time before he did, but I turned him down because I didn't want the stress from it. I like being the underdog, just the guy no one expects to do well, but now being in a captain position I'm constantly being watched by everyone and the littlest mistakes and/or mishaps and I get criticized for it. You know what's funny, take sides if you want, but all I wanted from that day was just simply to add the line that I wanted to in the first place, that being "skepsis, war, delectable, geio, weak", but things didn't work out the way I wanted.

Wow, I need to go get some cigs before I pop a vessel...

P.s. That 1-10 you just took a screenshot of is like the first time I've done that bad in ages. If you don't believe me, check my stats. Which means I need to take a break for awhile.

Also, just so you all know, I've tried to get vys to play in LD matches on prior Sundays, but he specifically told me that he doesn't warbird anymore and doesn't play LD anymore. That he only plays in LJ, but quiz doesn't/didn't want him in his line up. So the one Sunday he comes on when there was no LJ or LB, he wants to play in LD.

Which I also found funny because that's the only time he would log in is on Sundays. Before he would complain about how it was unfair for us to let Skepsis play in matches when he doesn't log on until Sundays. Just thought that was very hypocritical of him.

lol i was just kidding. nice to see that you have some enthusiasm though! none the less, if you want my honest opinion then i would have to say that you aren't among the top players -- albeit, you are among the nicer players that still play and i think we're pretty friendly towards each other. probably even you probably realize that you aren't among the best. heck, even i'm not among the best in any ship and definitely aren't that good of a warbird. :grin:

@ win or die/fierce: if i recall right, i did not want to join win or die in the first place for a couple of obvious reasons. one of the reasons (and biggest one) was that i was (and still am) hated by most of the members that were in that squad. what fucking point was there for me to join a squad which has a roster filled with anti-turban players? there would be no chance that i'd enjoy my stay there, which is why i left within a week of joining. i don't even remember if i played a single game in there.

@ mad: so it was mad after all, not pirates? phew, my memory wasn't as bad as i thought. none the less, i don't recall much of what happened in mad besides me and ro changing names several times, laughing at other players and having fun by bitching (yeah, very smart of me -- people still carry grudges of what we did) at people sucking, especially when it was about basing (if i remember right, our basing lineup was HORRIBLE).

speaking of ro, it was him and spawnisen that kept me in the squad. if it weren't for those two, i would've left that squad without a second thought. too bad they went MIA after soft lock.

that got to be the most boring season i've participated in. playing in lb/lj with players i did not like the slightest bit.

Yeah, people tend to have huge ego's on this game. I know, I know, I sort of talked you into joining Win Or Die, even though Racka chewed my head off after I accepted you on roster, lol at that.

Mad was fun for the most part. Though our javing and basing lines didn't quite get along with each other, that I do remember.

Though vys got loki axed from Mad, which pissed me off because loki was one of the one's who started Mad, with me, apok, scoop, and spawni. He even made the banners for us, which people still sport around. Also, on the fact that loki did nothing wrong really, to get the axe. Just another example of SS hate crimes. :fear:

But judging me on TWL performance is kind of hard seeing as that every squad I've ever went into TWL with was either Cloths, Ravages, or Ignites, older squads, maybe even loftys, can't remember. Either way, those were the days of me not caring at all about SS leagues, most the time I'd play in one match then disappear for the rest of TWL. Not until last season did I actually take a chance at contending with the better squads. Though my PC crapped out on me so I had to run across town every Sunday to play on my friends retarded computer up until the final match of TWL, which is when I got my computer fixed.

That's why I'm so argumentative about people judging my skills now. I did bad that game, I admit, but having someone there completely bashing you into the ground telling you how you're going to suck and how you've sucked before doesn't help right before a match. I was so pissed, I should of just let it go, but I let it get to me.

anyone who disagrees with stylez's decision has no clue just how much baggage vys brings with him wherever he goes.

when i was on mad it was common decency on the part of the captains to ask the players about potential recruits before actually inviting them. when apok asked me about vys i plainly stated that i would leave the squad if he joined, and apok spent the next hour reassuring me that he would keep vys under control. of course i knew vys was kryptonite for a supposed powerhouse squad, but i felt i owed it to apok to at least honor his wishes for a while. vys came to the only regular season lj game that i was on the squad for, criticized a player who wasn't playing well and all but demanded to be subbed in for that player "unless you don't want to win". same deal in lb: he threw a fit over being benched, complained about his ship once he actually got in, and continued to whine after being subbed out for, you guessed it, constant bitching. oh, and playing like shit too.

he thinks he's a lot better than he actually is (not to mention he's past his prime and doesn't have his "performance enhancers" to fall back on anymore), and his attitude just destroys any squad that he's on. stylez, you did the right thing.
