Appeal Week 9 Fierce Vs. Dark

Weak has already talked to PH about this. PH saying he added Hypocrit back on Dark's TWL roster after hardlock was initiated. The question being, why? Did his account get hacked? Though he's been leaving Dark's roster for the past few months now, left and right.

Basically, hardlock was on October 18th, but according to this picture he left Dark's roster on October 25th. Later rejoining on the 31st of October.



Now the question being, is it fair that Dark gets a mulligan on players leaving roster and coming back?

I would like to propose that either the game be granted an appeal and either Dark forfeits their win, we replay the match, or that we get allowed a mulligan ourselves and are allowed one of our players back who had a nerd rage moment and ?squadleave. This being, Infrared.

Apparently he was, seeing as how he was playing in the TWLJ match. I don't know how you do factoring, but I would say that is something to factor into the actual scenario. Either way, I'll take your advice and go to a corner, but while I do that, I would like a response to this.

don't be upset that infrared joined a different squad 2x, that's why he couldnt have been re-added ever. hypocrit didn't leave himself it was an accident. also as you can see i waited 2 weeks before playing hypo

Explain, accident? I'm presuming you're using the term very loosely here. Accident would be more so one of the captains getting completely trashed one night, comes home, and in his drunken stupor, hits the kick button instead of promote. Now if you're referring to him going to the my profile page and "accidentally" hitting the big ole' squad leave button, I find that hard to believe. Especially seeing as how he's done that over and over the past few months now.

Him leaving is anything but accidental, that's called "intentions". Squad affairs that may of lead him to leaving does not make it accidental. If anything, that's due to bad leadership, which in turn should be penalized by not allowing said member to rejoin, being that it was either the captain(s) or other squad members fault for that person leaving. In either case, it was intentional, not accidental.

Also, he didn't rejoin for almost a full week. Given that you and Children are on 24/7, him accidentally leaving would've been rectified by a swift re-admittance to the squad roster. It wouldn't of taken six days to realize what was happening. Six days usually entails something more dramatic is in the works. Maybe I'm just being full of assumptions today, but usually that's how it plays out.

the reason why it took 6 days was because humid wouldn't log on. (?find humid last seen more than 10 days ago) and that's why PH took over. Once PH took over hypocrit finally was able to get a hold of the TWL op, which is why it took 6 days, stop assuming please.

Well never mind, doesn't it take like two days to reapply for a squad after leaving? Though, I thought it was only when you left one and then rejoined or joined another squad, but left soon after, when that actually happened. Can't remember what the terms are for that during TWL season.

check it out -- why hypocrit was removed from the roster isnt relevant here. he was added back on by a TWL Op after we discussed the situation with staff, and we waited the two week period before playing him.

if you want to complain about why he's back on the roster, you should be looking at the process by which staff determines who can be added back and ask for a change in these procedures. of course, this is assuming that you're actually concerned about these procedures and not just looking for another chance to get your asses kicked by us.

stop wasting time and let's just move on to the playoffs. a win vs. a loss this late in the regular season wont change anything and a replay would push back playoffs unnecessarily for a week and just waste everyones time.

The relevancy of him being added back, either legally, or illegally, by the rules of TWL, is a concern that should be looked at.

The "process" by which he was added back is exactly what I'm trying to focus on here. Though at the same time I would like to hear a legitimate excuse as to why he left and was able to come back. Which I've yet to see.

you're "concerned about the process" yet you're not asking for a change in procedures going forward, you're asking for a forfeit win. thats cute.

you really think staff added him back on our roster just so they could jump out at us the moment we played him and grant a forfeit win or waste their time with a replay? just drop it man its kinda pathetic.
