Twld Week 9 HoN - End of Season

[Crescent Seal]

Regular Season has ended with 3 teams (Sk8, Fierce, and Sweet) tied at #1 with 7-2 records. Pandora finished 6-3, Asians and Savanger at 5-4. Next week Sweet will play Asians and Pandora will play Savanger.

Pandora 50 - Asians 41
Pandora starters: Mythril, money, sir spider, renzi, cleat
Asians starters: oranje, pascone, wage, zagis, mitb

This game started out pretty close but Pandora slowly gained a lead and maintained it till the end. Mythril (14-10) was out fast but Sir Spider (11-7) and money (12-9) were solid and got the victory. Pascone played his first twld game for asians i think (?), and went 13-10. Mvp once again was Mythril.

Sweet 50 - Penetrate 43
Sweet starters: Vash, riverside, Dak, sacra, zeebu
Penetrate starters: acidbomber, trasher, davy, veloce, minotar

One of the boring matches of this week even if score was close. Vash lead the attack with a monstrous 17-9 and has backed up all the trash talk he dished last week. Penetrate finishes season with no wins but ty captain Zhou for showing 5 every week. Mvp once again was Vash.

Syne 50 - Freebie 48
Syne starters: auger, infidelity, esau, golden duck, harder
Freebie starters: saetep, beam, hulk, ricko, violence

This was a very close game but ended with saetep vsing 4 Syne members. Infidelity ran over Freebie with 15-9 while only saetep managed to go + for freebie with a 15-10. This is the first season Syne has mad it this far without being disqualified so props to them and ty Freebie for a good season.

Fierce 50 - Sk8 23
Fierce starters: Deez nuts, Kyou, apok, delectable, skepsis
Sk8 starters: ease, burnt, creature, turban, scoop

I honestly have no idea what happened here and I asked around and the popular consensus was "it was a massacre". Fierce actually showed up with a good line and Deez Nuts lead the massacre with 18-8 while Kyou went 11-2. Would like to note that I spent 2 hours dueling this fuk Kyouraku even tho he wasnt supposed to show up. A lot of speculation is going on about Ease's 0-6, which i find funny because this is probably the first time hes gone negative in Twld (?) Hopefully Sk8 can recover from this blowout and entertain us once again in playoffs. Fierce adding drama once again by tying up Sk8 and Sweet for #1 spot. Mvp once again was Deez nuts.

Paladen 36 - Savanger 50
Savanger starters: peru, yakuza, unabled, zapata, keith
Paladen starters: phyre, claushouse, jessup, thomas hakke, ressurected

A pretty lopsided game and a must win for Savanger. Unabled (16-8) and Peru (14-7) led the way and helped Savanger clinch the 6th spot for playoffs. Thanks for a good season Paladen (especially that game vs Fierce).
