TWLD Playoffs Round 1 HoN

Everybody complains that the zone is dying and TWL isn't competitive, but these people are the same ones who pile up on these "elite" squads like Fierce, Sk8, Sweet. If you're actually a "great" player, prove it like me and Peru did this season. If you're really the best, lead a squad and show you actually make a difference like Sika, delectable, Ease, RaCka etc. have in the past. I'm not impressed by anyone getting good scores on Fierce, Sweet or Sk8. Myself and Peru were the best birds this season simply because we actually carried our squads.

We had 5 top tier squads in TWLD, which is 1 more than last season. If me and Peru had joined Fierce, that would have easily fell to 3 squads competing and this season would have been a complete joke. It's sad to see that some people in this game value a title over having fun and competing with their friends. I know for a fact that people in Sweet's lineup hate eachother and people on Fierce hate eachother, yet you still decide to play (bench) with eachother in order to win this illustrious title. And you wonder why Oops calls you all azn virgins? My point is we easily could have had 7 or 8 competitive squads if everyone didn't cluster up on 3 squads.

As for Pandora, we had a great season and it was fun playing with a new group of squadmates. I'm glad people like Casket, Sir Spider, money, LaSenza etc got to showcase their talent, because there IS new talent coming up in this game and they just need to be on a squad other than Paladen and Warpath(no offense) to prove it. Also glad I could bring the dueling aspect to a basing squad and introduce some basers to wb. Pandora easily has 5+ basers who could become really good wbs by next season.

Lol at that. Sweet has been around for 3 seasons now, and we have the same core + Raspi (who by the way, has been on the squad 500x but he's always left) and Vash. Dak, myself, Jones and vt have been playing together for those seasons and we've slowly come together as an elite squad. Started off as some "joke" squadron, and now considered "elite" (your terms, not mine), yet somehow that's a negative.

As for people not liking each other on the squad, who the fk told you that? We always got our emo fights, but that's because we're Sweet. We're probably the emoest faggots in tw, but in the end we like playing with each other, which is why we still are.

It's easier to get more kills on bad squads simply because there's nobody who's capable to kill on your squad (my opinion/experience anyway).

Anyway, get you facts straight. The reason this TWLD ring will feel e-deserved is because we're playing with the same people we've played for 3 years now. Thanks for contributing with your top 5 tier team though.

Let's be honest, my post was mostly about Fierce. Sk8 and Sweet have had the same core, I understand that, but if we're still being honest, Raspi hates you, jones and vash.

And there's a big difference between getting kills on a bad squad and actually making everyone on your squad better.

and i agree with mythril...stop stacking up teams, take initiative and create squads and this will create competition....we lost quicksand and epidemic (became fierce), dice and sage didnt even compete in twld when in reality even 1-2 warbirds could of helped them reach top 10....instead paladen and penetrate made it, in short if u want to keep twld alive and competitive put forth the initiative and lead a squad

not really sure what ur talking about when you say we hate each other? For the most part our whole squad gets along, we have our lil arguments here and there but everyone does. Half these guys played on mad last year and the rest were basically qs / epidemic. Racka apok and them wanted to make a squad together and did and recruited people they get along with (i.e. deez, delectable, exquisite) im jus sayin' yah a few squads have more talent but its not that big of a deal.

Yes, it's a lot of different players merging into one squad, but it's mostly all people who've played together for years. Meaning, most of us are just e-buddies finally deciding to join forces.

As you saw during the season though, most of our guys have been MIA due to different conditions. So it isn't like we've been steam rolling over the competition. As of right now, we have eleven warbirds and nine javelins. Most other squads have more veteran players than us on squad in each league and as I've already said, we kind of been hurting on people not showing up.

In either case, we're going to win, get those titles, and rub it in everyone's faces regardless. :fear:

well last time i checked, i left Fierce cus i thought there was no competition left in TWLD

riverside asked me to join, so i told racka and apok id leave cus i dont take TW as seriously as i did in the past, thus joining sweet to try and make games more competitive, but never really dedicating myself as fully as i did prior seasons...

i dont know if i had a huge influence in sweet coming as far as we did, but im sure they would have done good with or without me...

raspi and me have been together in same squads for a couple of seasons now, so i dont know where mythrils claims are coming from that raspi hates me and whoever else, cus i certainly dont feel that way...

we had plenty of constructive conversations, and i even tried to keep peace between raspi and river when egos collided, etc...at the end of the day, we are all aiming for the same goal...its bound we would disagree at some points, but were mature enough to discuss it in peace...

anyway, im drunk, dunno why i wrote this, but i feel its a waste if i delete and dont post...so imma just click post LOLOLOL
