Start the next TWL in February or March

If we have it too far out, we might lose momentum from TWL Finals which drew in 401 players at one time on Sunday.

If it is too close, it might burn people out trying to carry that momentum forward.

Probably somewhere in between both the early or later start dates, but overall if I had to choose, sooner than later. Take into account population spikes during Summer and Christmas Break, that could also help with next TWL start times. Superbowl will automatically erase anything planned on that Sunday.

i'd fully support twl to start in march/april though. AS LONG AS IT'S PROPERLY DONE. don't want some newbie to do it.

I agree with this one. Better to have it start later than to have it botched mid-season. That should probably apply to all initiatives across TW and not only to TWL.

thats why i said do twdt early 2011 then do twl as usualy in 2011 as well then in 2012 start 2 twls a year maybe that would be enough time for someone to get it setup and run it

money - surely if we could set up a TWDT around march this year and then transition into 2 twls the year after, we might aswell swap your proposed early 2011 TWDT for a TWL season? I mean it must be easier to set up another season of twl than it is twdt with all its captains, player ratings and the draft etc etc...?

Honestly, the important thing I feel here is if somebody involved with TWL to let the general population know what the hell they're thinking/what's going on... there's absolutely no need for staff to "hold back". It's pretty clear what the players want (40-19 is pretty convincing), now it's about you fks to let us know. If there's problems with who wants to be TWL OP, I think ph should keep doing it, if he's interested. Guy has done a great job for the past two seasons (one and a half I guess), no need to replace him with "pascone" or any other fool. Ph doesn't get enough credit, so ya, gj ph much love <3.

ph quit staff, pascone did too. So they wont do TWL.
And if you look at tw.org you see who is the new TWL coordinator.
