Official Appeal Decision

Rule 9.02 states: An additional 2 minutes may be requested if a squad is experiencing difficulty gathering the maximum amount of eligible players. If they have the maximum amount of eligible players, squads may not request an additional 2 minutes in order to figure out whom to add

With that said, the extention request was justifiably denied by the host (Per my directive) and this appeal is officially Denied Once again, the 2 minute extension is for squads who cannot field the required amount of eligible players, NOT so you can pick and choose between who should or shouldn't play. You had plenty of eligible people in the arena, you were just waiting for 1 person in particular.

I rarely hit up forums, but this is some seriously flawed logic. By your account, for us to get the two minute extension, all lorko or heisman would have to do is .?go pub so that they aren't in the arena, meaning we don't have the required amount of eligible players?

Why does it matter if they are in the twl arena or not? If we know he can't play becuase of lag and is sitting in arena, why should we be punished for something as silly as a person being in the arena to spectate? If we were given the two minute extension, none of this would of been a problem as immediately as the game started we got our 5th member.

I'm all for TWL ops doing there job and I respect what you do for the community, but you done fucked up this one.

To Golden Duck: Yes thats a simple way to bend the rules, but you didnt have 4+ Lorko in the arena. You had 9 TWL Rostered players in the arena (I know because I counted). This really was the easiest appeal to decide all year. It's not even my job to post the decisions, but I requested 1 time access because I like making Heisman angry. Mission complete.

Anyways, since this is going downhill fast, Jason can I request (As a TWLOp) that this thread now be closed? Gracias.
