Roster Lock

5.07 All Trench Wars League rosters will be locked as of the start of round 5's matches. No roster additions or substitutions will be allowed after that point.


What time exactly are the rosters locking? Saturday morning or Friday night?

just had a question, if people in a squad decide to leave, and the squad has like 9 people on roster, is their any exceptions at all?

i was under the impression that a roster lock means exactly that, people can't join OR leave a squad's roster

what the hell is to keep people from leaving? If some one wants to leave a squad, they can just leave and not play.

thats idiotic, of course they can leave their twl squad to join another. You just can't join another twl squad and still expect to be elligible to play, thats all.

a roster lock is a roster lock, it works both ways. of course they don't have to play or be on a squad to be on their official twl roster, but it would be alot easier to just have taken the rosters from 1pm est on the day of the roster lock, etched them out in stone, and said this is who can play for your squad in future twl matches, end of story.

instead, there is some random link on the twl site that shows who has left and joined squads, and who's ineligible. the rosters are locked, or so i'm told, people shouldn't be able to leave the rosters (technicality) or join (even if they aren't eligible). it just adds alot of confusion that is definately not needed

That's cause it links up with TWD. You're forgetting TWD and the fact that everything in TW is intricately linked up.
