Turb I gotta call you out on the dice lineup...putting Waven as a possible starter/sub???? Not only is wave my #1 bro ever, but we are both undefeated in jav $ tournaments, pretty much we are unstoppable together. Also he was huge for us all last season, especially in playoffs when me/him had to carry bad players like tiny.
mad shoutouts to my boy waven atm

Lets just say that hurt turban, really does. I wont add anything else to that, but I will say one thing. Sage. gg

p.s. turban you are basically admitting this game is not hard, and people who were once good in the past still can be.. so again... you better than guys like psymoprh/rough/amputate/reaver?Originally posted by Turban View PostDue to my utter boredom, I shall reply once again to get closer to the 2,000 post milestone.
It is a good thing that you have some faith in your squad, because in all honesty that lineup you listed looks like a complete joke in my eyes. Unless your teaming is at a divine level, you stand close to no chance against Dice or Thunder if either one of those squads decide to pursue for another title to add to their already excessive collection of medals. Now, your matchup against Fierce will definitely be a good one because it will feature a bunch of equally skilled javelins and both teams will have to rely on their team work and chemistry to have some success this season. Neither of the squads shine in individual talent, and this is from an unbiased point of view, but Real definitely could be the dark horse this season if you really do team as well as you think you are.
I still truly believe that if Thunder of Dice fields their full lineups, they should pretty much destroy your best set of players without too much effort -- as long as they decide to warm up and play together for about 1 hour to get off the rust. Because, to be honest, this game isn't rocket science, those with the "talent" / "flair" or whatever you want to call it do not need much to get back in shape.
Being an arrogant bastard sure is fun.

turban, it is funny that you talk about skill when every important game I've played against you or WITH you on pandora, you've gone 1-7 or 1-10 or something of that magnitude. Stick to what you're good at, and go get the big boys their gatorade.

Thank you for the laugh on my lunch breakOriginally posted by Tiny View PostCall it ambition, blind hope, or stupidity, but in my opinion, there is no 5 people on either of those squads except in their primes and this is obviously not it, that could stand 3 rounds against 24,psymorph,reaver, myself and any one of rule, bill c, spikey, perfect destiny, and possibly a couple others due to the mere fact that we actually have been practicing, can team, and care about winning. Past titles mean nothing in the present.

Now thanks to my devious personality, it's time to fuel the fire and triple post for no particular reason.
I simply can't see whom you could possibly be meaning, Tiny! That is because there just isn't anyone good left on your roster that I did not mention in my first post, unless you for some reason meant the likes of Riksa, Reaver, Mjollnir, Mythril and Kawrae, who in my opinion are nothing special when it comes to javelin. Unless, of course, during my hiatus weird shit has happened and all of them have got good all of the sudden. Although, I suppose they could be better than you or Rule.
I just see your squad as the fourth strongest this season, it's a close call but Dice, Fierce and Thunder with their top lineups are all better than your lineups that you will field during the playoffs.. or then I'm just an ignorant bastard who knows nothing about this ship nowadays (that could easily be the case).

This season is actually much closer than the last couple of seasons as there's 5 squads that have a chance of winning the title. Sure, most of the squads have that chance due to the fact that Dices and Thunders core has got rusty and awful where as the other squads are just active as hell, thus closing the gap.
My squad should be fine as long as we don't add the players that are known for being awful season after season (cough Children cough) and probably make it to the finals, but that'll rely on how the dominant duo iNfRaReD and fLaReD does.

Evaden won't be returning as far as I know, have talked to him a few times on another game and he doesn't seem to have too much interest of coming back to be active.
As for Lz.. who?

Ok, I will bite. I will add my comments to this obviously biased and misinformed prediction of this season. Coming from someone who hasnt played in a twjd more than twice in the last month. You should do some research before being so rude!
Real
I will not add to much to this post, due to the fact that its my own squad. I will just say that you are missing a few key players that will impact our twlj season.
Lets just say that hurt turban, really does. I wont add anything else to that, but I will say one thing. Sage. gg
(aside from Tiny and Rule, but they don't count if you ask me) are
known for choking hard when it matters
Fierce
Again, I think your a little off due to the fact of not playing much in the last month. This is one of the teams that is actually trying to better themselves in the fact that they are playing many jds with different lineups and really teaming well. You are missing a few key players from your list as well. Lz and evaden. Now I dont know if evaden will show but I can promise if either of those two do show up, grouped with Rough eelam havok tiduz and apok, will make for a good show.
Dice & Thunder
I'm going to group these two teams together because I feel the same way about both teams. These teams are filled with players who could be good and were once very good, but lack the, shall we say...hunger? for winning another season. Last season dice was motivated to win, and almost won all 3 leagues. This year I dont think they will make but maybe 1 final and in which they might not even win that. Due to the pure fact that they don't really care too much this season. Thunder has had a good run, and as well is filled with has beens and people who just dont care anymore. They will do the same, and just try and float by this season by sheer talent, or the talent they once had. They will make all 3 semi and maybe lj finals. All i see from both these teams are "2nd stringers" playing in their twjds. And tbh, I think they are better than the "starters". If you put the starters up against the "substitutes" in a best of 3, my money would be on the substitutes in both these squads. I feel neither of these teams will win TWLJ unless something very drastic happens to morale, but I dont see that happening.
