lol Did u include me as a potential twl shark starter? Can't say i've ever been in twl as shark, along with glav. Viop as inactive as apoc wow, vehicle the same. And hk with little significant twl sharking experience. Ppl i listed have at one point or another have had significant experience in twl as shark.Aside from apoc, who i didn't know wasn't on twl roster.

If ephemeral is considered a shark, b/c it's his main ship, regardless of skill level, then zyclon is comparable. Most critics talk trash about zidane's shark game, yet he's considered a pandora shark in every prediction. Did mambo choose m_m god? or zyclon/rapture as shark in their day ...

If we had to put hk,m_m,glav in shark it would obviously compromise our line.

If you put say, spikey,NL>trig,wbm in shark.. you'd still have 5 beast spids on bench waiting to replenish your line.

Which sucks because they probably aren't going to be playing anyways! :/

Doesn't matter if you "wouldn't count on" dixy or zyclon, those 2 could play elsewhere and probably feel the need to log on Sundays. The whole point is that sage has too many basers, and you guys are still recruiting.

ROFL that is a fucking lie. And Spikey, Cobra talks about recruiting all the time and we avoid stealing/recruiting players from squads that need top tier guys to stay afloat. Grow some fucking balls.

Well i guess i should reiterate: Cobra TRIES to avoid stealing/recruiting players who need top tier players to stay afloat. Sometimes it doesn't work out that way, but we haven't stolen anyone after TWL started. Not to mention Cobra isn't exactly stacked to the top.

You think with TWL season starting in a couple of days, you'd think that squads by now have set their rosters and lineups. But no, they go ahead and take top players from other squads and stack their squad even more. I'm not just talking about Sage either.

I was as shocked as you guys were when i saw them on the roster! Apparently (C) Zizu and (C) Stayon are merciless!

Perhaps ask for an appeal after each game when against ‘stacked’ teams.

I guess TWL could change the way it works and simply assign terrier, sharks, and spiders randomly to teams. This would solve the issue of stacking and in many ways do a better job at revealing the true skills a player has (team skill level impacts perceived individual player skill level). On the downside it removes control and nullifies the leadership skills that comes with running a squad.

Of course an argument could be made that having core groups of experienced players move en masse between squads each season has nothing to do with leadership skills and has more to do with egos and willingness to tolerate each other just to win a ring.

Another argument that could be made is that if the legends of TWL are so good, why can they not carry a squad that has 1-2 less skillful players in a game?

But in my opinion the bottom line is that TWL, as flawed as it may be, remains voluntary. No one is forced to participate and if anyone disagrees with the way it is organized then sitting out is always an option.
