Hey guys. As of today League staff for TW Staff is undergoing some restructuring. I've been placed as the Head of all Leagues with the responsibility of hiring and firing new league-related staff for TW.
What does this mean for you? Well if you ever wanted the chance to help contribute to leagues without jumping through the hurdles of <ZH> and <ER> hosting and cheater calls etc, now's your chance.
There are, of course, some stipulations etc. For instance, the TWL Ops will only have staff powers in the TWL arenas during game times, and also TWL site access to assist in those duties. They also are not going to be considered full staff. Anyone looking to help in TWD will be hired directly under my supervision and trained specifically for the task of TWD. You will undergo a trial phase before full powers are given, as abuse of the powers in this area is something I take very seriously.
Things I'm looking for in TWL
1) Active TWL player or Captain
2) Good understanding of the rules and regulations of TWL
3) Ability to handle stressful situations pertaining to appeals scheduling conflicts etc...
4) Not a troll or had a history of abuse/problems in staff roles.
Things I'm looking for in TWD
1) High activity times throughout the week
2) People willing to actively take TWD related calls and assist in TWD related issues using the tools given to TWD-Ops.
3) Again I will not consider you if you have a history of trolling or a bad track record previously on staff.
Im also actively seeking a new TWL Head operator I will continue to be the interim TWL head until someone active, motivated, and more qualified is ready to take this role. If you are interested in these areas please get with myself ingame and I will provide more information.
