Official Predictions Week 3

TWLD - By: Weak
Pandora vs Paladen
This match up is between squads going in opposite directions on the LD ladder. Pandora comes off a strong and brutal stomping over Juans and Paladen comes off a bashing from Value. If Paladen is going to show any life and fight, they need to show it this week. Unfortunately, they are playing the defending champs who have the most depth in the league. Look for a different lineup for Pandora while they give all their players some playing time. This one has blowout all over it.
Pandora 50 - Paladen 31
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Enemy vs Savanger
The most surprising 0-2 team in LD thus far is Savanger and they need a win more than Goddess needs a diet. Enemy comes off a loss to Wolf and Savanger got throttled by Fierce. Savanger needs olde to make up for his atrocious 0-8 last week and for their core guys of MITB, rigorous, and rows, yes I said rows to step up or they can pack their bags for the season. Enemy has a real shot here to pick up it's 2nd win of the season but will need a better team effort than they showed last week in putting up only 24 kills. I think Savanger wants it and needs this game more and will end this losing streak at 2.
Savanger 50-40
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Juans vs Value
Not much to say here. The outcome is already figured, the only thing not calculated is the margin by which Value is going to win this week. Juans would need each starter to have the game of their life to even have a chance in this one, especially after seeing Roiwerk/Sheriff/Ready put up a combined 7-30 last week vs Pandora. Look for Value to add a few different guys this week since they could probably win this one 3v5.
Value 50-26
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Fierce vs Wolf
Game of the Week
This could be a potential playoff match up between two undefeated squads. Wolf put a spanking on Enemy last week and has a strong group of guys who can give Fierce a really tough game. Look for Raazi and a mix of Stylez/Rasaq/Flew/Paky Dude/Quart to keep a fast paced tempo and really keep Fierce on its toes. Fierce will counter with Apok, Lasenza, Welt, Skepsis and a mix of either Tripin/deez/Last standing. These guys really whipped savanger last week and will need to show up again otherwise they will be falling from the undefeateds. Apok is my x-factor in this game, if he shows up, Fierce will win it, if not, I will give the edge to Wolf.
Fierce 50-44

Value vs. Revenge
Coming in at 0-2, Value will be pressed to get decent flag time against a Revenge which is hitting on all cylinders. Revenge looked very impressive last week; the only real unknown is who will show up. My guess is that they will field a good lineup, they won’t mess around with any specials, and they will bring their overwhelming spider timing.
Revenge 15 – 11 Value
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Enemy vs. Warhable
Enemy is sitting atop the standings and this week’s match doesn’t appear to be an obstacle to remaining undefeated. Warhable is recovering with some attrition and demoralization over the last week but respect to the guys who are making this squad work. Enemy will play some weird lineup and allow Trasher to fool around in a special so score will be closer than otherwise.
Enemy 15 – 10 Warhable
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Dudgeon vs. Pandora
Game of the Week
Pandora is also undefeated and facing a good 1-1 Dudgeon squad. Will Mikkiz be able to play his game? The good money is on ‘probably not’. Sharks flavor Pandora. Spiders favor Pandora. This will nullify any ‘Mikkiz advantage’ and keep Pandora undefeated. This game will be the game of the week since it will probably be the most competitive of the bunch.
Pandora 15 – 11 Dudgeon
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
DicE vs. Fierce
With both squads at 1-1 you might think that this could be a close game; but I think not. Dice will overpower Fierce, not because Fierce isn’t good but because that Dice is that good.
Dice 15 – 8 Fierce

Cougars vs Revenge
42 - 50
If it were not for the two power house squad matching off this week, I would have made this the game of the week. You have to teams without any victories matching off, but I think Revenge has the edge for this game. Both teams are capable of winning this game, it just depends on who shows up for Revenge. If Marge/ hurricane show up, their combined abilities of Marge's agression vs a weaker squad and hurricane's ability to make plays they should be enough to salvage a victory regardless of the other 3 players. Unless of course Rendered shows up, then who knows what might happen. Cougars has shown signs of life near the beginning of each of the games that quickly turned into blowouts, but I think they were defeated going into the those games and quickly realized it at the after the beginning. I feel cougars hunger for a victory will make this game interesting, but Revenge will outclass them in the experience and skills department.
Players to watch: Shaun / Marge / Requiem - Shaun able to make big plays to carry cougars to win, while Marge and requiems steady play should ensure victory.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Juans vs Fierce
35 - 50
Juans will be matching up against the undefeated Fierce, fresh off 2 big blowouts with a full head of steam. Juans still searching to some sort of team play and players to fill the last spot that dont choke under the pressure. I feel with the harsh beating they had last weak has torn a hole in their sails. Fierce Lineup looking strong with plenty of depth, will take the teaming to the Juan's under developed and soloistic type game play. Juans has a few players on their team with the ability to carry, but it's not going to be enough to make up for their missing links. Fierce's steady team play is going to focus down one of Juans players and make them go into defense mode, a mode they know all too well. It doesn't look good for them in this bout.
Players to watch: Roiwerk / NYD - Only keys able to bring juans success
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Dice vs Pandora
Game of the Week
50 - 45
One match up all TWLJ has been waiting for. Dice looking good as they have always in the past, but the question is will Pandora bounce back and take last seasons form after their week 1 loss. Both teams with aggressive players, but some might say too aggressive. The question is, will Dice's aggressive players know when to stop the assault and fall back? Pandora known for their ruthless spawning tactics and focusing down players may be the key to this victory. Both squads have great jav depth with more than a couple options of lineups. In the end, I feel megaman89 and stayon will bring the game home for dice with a big effort put up from Ease. There will be more than likely a couple of chokes in this high pressure game from both sides, but it will boil down to these 3 players.
Players to Watch: Megaman89 / Stayon / Ease - Backbones of the lineups with the most big game experience
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Dudgeon vs Value
35 - 50
Value looking strong this season, starting off with a 2-0 start as dudgeon has yet to come close or sniff a victory. Zizzo is going to have another good week, but will be unable to answer value's strong line of veteran players lead by Spawnisen and Commodo. Dudgeon's teaming has started to dwindle, but if they are going to stand a chance to win, that will be the only way as they do not have enough players to carry the load that has been being steamrolled every week. Value's chances of staying undefeated look strong this week.
Player to watch: Zizzo - Only player capable of making Dudgeon win
