roster limits and basing

roster limits will be slightly stricter this season:

14 player limit for a single league squad
18 player limit for a two-league squad or single-league basing squad
22 player limit for a three league squad

the limits last season were 15 / 20 / 25, and we felt that the numbers could be lowered a bit.

also, on a semi-related note, there will be no changes to TWLB this season. hopefully we won't be able to say the famous word, "told you so", when this season is over. however there will be rather strict restrictions to qualify for a medal, thus benching for a title is definitely not an option this year if your team were to win.

I don't think that's right.
Technically that means a 3 league squad can only have one sub for TWLD/TWLJ , and two for TWLB if there isn't any two/three leaguers.
Unfortunately not many players can even two league, myself included.
I don't think it's fair three league squads should be held to that much of a strict standard. I think a three league squad should at least be 24. So there can be two subs in each league for hypothetical one shippers in each league. I hope that makes sense or someone understands what I'm trying to say.
I mean I really don't care, but it would make sense. Especially when a majority of the players who ONLY shark in basing can't play any other league or ship. At the top of my head I can only think of zidane being a great jav and great shark or maybe Commodo who can jav and shark. Many Basers are not even from this zone and only base, which means they can't multi league and have the talent to. That restricts a lot of space for every squad that wants to base.
Having two sharks already takes up to definite slots in the basing aspect.
Honestly I'm all up for whatever you guys say, but I think that would make more sense.
or someone can correct me and tell me I'm wrong and I'm just being biased because I'm on a squad trying to base with warbirds and javelins. But I think a few of you can understand my point of view.

Impossible to have made it so squads have to play x amount of hours in pub for an additional 2 slots in twl? If people want more roster then use that to your advantage to keeping pub active?

Maybe make the 3 league squads 25 to force the 2 league squads to wb for a couple roster spots??
