1. Fierce (4-0)
With a big win over Cobra and the reacquisition of Lasenza; Fierce comes back with the same line that won it all last year. They are now without question the clear favourites with their full starting line, as players that Fierce was looking to step up can now revert back to the bench.
HOT: Apok (14-7, 11-8) - Just another day in the office for Apok, this guy never dissapoints.
NOT: Geio (7-6, 7-5) - two wins by large margins. Are you aiming or just lobbing behind your teammates?
2. Burn (4-0)
Losing Lasenza and gaining Ease, this squad looks more and more like last years Thunder with the addition of a couple starters from other squads. Ease can easily replace Lasenza's shoes and will further solidify their already stacked LJ and LB lineups. Burn looks to become a serious threat to triple crown.
HOT: Best (13-9, 15-6) - Best's aggressive style of play paid off against weak opponents in Lego and Paladen.
3. Potenza (4-0)
Potenza has not been tested yet with relatively easy competition thus far. This upcoming Sunday can really define their season depending on how they fare vs Fierce and Burn. A win vs any of the two can push potenza to a very favourable 1st or 2nd seed moving into the playoff picture.
HOT: Iron Survivor (12-6, 9-6) - The unquestioned leader of this team with another strong showing. Next week is the real test though.
4. Cobra (3-1)
Their rust and inactivity definitely showed this weekend vs fierce with 3 players combining for 10-30. Cobra has the tools and the potential to make a strong run. I would love to see someone step up from them and take charge. A relatively light schedule for them this upcoming Sunday, hopefully they can build some momentum after demolishing You2Be.
HOT: Ricko (13-10, 9-1) - This guy has been lighting it up so far this season, its a shame his team has not stepped up as of yet.
5. Paladen (2-2)
No suprise here, beating Lego and getting destroyed by Burn. The skill gap between the top 4 and bottom 5 is huge, however if Paladen continues to win the games they should be they will enjoy a relatively successful season with the 5th seed in the playoff picture.
HOT: Afri (12-8, 7-10) - helping lead his squad to a huge win over lego and being the only one with a score above 6 in the loss vs Burn, I wouldn't really say he was HOT but at least he wasn't terrible like the rest of his squad.
6. Dudgeon (1-3)
These basers do a great job of making it an interesting game no matter who they play but struggled immensely vs Okyo's (17-9) rush. I still believe they are better than they showed and will likely face Paladen in the 5th/6th seed playoff match.
HOT: Jamal (10-10, 11-6) - Jamal has always been a solid wb in addition to being one of the great basers.
7. Lego (0-4) (+1)
With Flew and Turban playing a good warbird game I believe that can push them over the hump vs low tier squads. However, with a lack of any other players that can hold their weight Lego can only go so far... Lego goes up one spot to #7.
8. Vikings (0-4) (-1)
It seems nothing is going this squads way having key players leave consistently. Jones rejoined after leaving but failed to show for the LD vs Dudgeon which is a shame because Jones would have been a difference maker in that match. Will he continue to be a no show? The uncertainty brings Vikings down one slot.
9. You2Be (0-4)
If You2be was an actual youtube video it would be banned as every single match is a flat out gangbang rape.
