HopOne Servers (Americans/Canadians)

Apparently a lot of Americans and Canadians are having S2C ploss issues. Years ago when this was happening with M_M God and other Europeans, I called HopOne Internet Corporation, told them PriitK's e-mail and the server information for SS, and they fixed the router/server that was causing the issue (PriitK even logged in for the first time in a long time). At this time, I cannot make the long distance call to arrange this for the westerners having issues. I was wondering if someone on staff, or any player in general, could step up because I know myself, and other players like megaman89, porkjet, are having issues and we would like to contribute to the league. So thats what it is. Ran another trace rt and came back with over 75% packet loss on 2 routes and one server went from a ping of 10 to not returning a signal.
I can post a copy of the traceroute or pm one to a mod but yea these numbers are horrible, and they are both hopone servers 209.160.62.134 and 209.160.60.254 both now have 97%+ packet loss.

I tried several, none worked. megaman89 said one worked for a single game, and then stopped working

Yeah I was lagging too Sunday, I havent lagged once since I upgraded my internet couple months ago.

If I take into account the 8 servers that have no problems in front of the HopOne servers which have zero packet loss and under a 30 ping I dont think it has anything to do with a users ISP and more to do with those specific servers? Using a VPN is a good idea but not allowed at work.
Any other Ideas or even a guestimate on when this will be fixed/looked at by someone seriously?

Any packet loss that high and ping spikes like that really change things.

The best thing we could do is have all the players with lag issues to post their tracert information to this thread and have someone contact HopOne to get this resolved. We recently (well, last year) also contacted the company only to find out that one of their clients were actively DDoSing our servers for some reason which caused some players to experience high packet loss. It could be the case again, who knows?

The trace file export or post the whole tracert?
This is the first HopOne server 209.160.62.134
Here is second both have 90%+ packet loss and huge lag spikes 209.160.60.254
Every other IP on the bounce has under 30 ping and no packet loss

idk much about the servers, but I experienced ridiculous lag out of nowhere during the end of you2bes TWLD match. I had 120ms .1 .1 for the entire match, then i started getting spammed by the Vikings squad and it jumped up to 720ms and a .5 c2s
