Well, I have been busy the last few days and haven't checked forums nor ingame, but I wasn't contacted directly either, so I just heard about it. Pressure already explained the last time we had this situation, we would need to get PriitK to check things at his end/his host and correct some stuff so the packetloss issues will hopefully go away. But that's the hard part right there, getting PriitK to do work..If you all remember correctly, after the DDoS attacks which took all zone servers down it took us like weeks to get him to fix everything and get us back up and running. I will try everything I can to contact him again though, but I'm sure turban has already reached out through the same channels as me..

Pretty disappointed in staff right now.

I just stepped up and made a 10-minute long distance call to HopOne. Very simply gave them Priit's full name, the server IP's people posted, and the problems we were having. Told them this has happened to us in the past and that this was on their end last time. They said, "this sounds like a simple fix, maybe the server just needs to be restarted, I will take the information you just gave me and get right on it."

If I end up being the one who fixes this, I'm not even kidding I want to be compensated for the long-distance call that I shouldn't have had to make with whatever SS donation money would be needed to cover it. Unacceptable and ridiculous that this couldn't have been handled by someone in the U.S. Literally was a brainless task.

It's a shame people are keeping the zone alive when staff seem to not only have a disregard for the state the game is in but also seem to encourage the failure and strongly resist any attempt at fixing anything.

I think Pressure should be re-compensated cent-for-cent for making the call, but paid double if this issue now gets resolved.

To be fair this criticism was aimed at the wider staff hierarchy for failing to act but emphasis would go to Upper Staff and the American members in staff also.
