hush till you really know
Tyson your inexperience with TW Leagues shows,
by locking the rosters and squads you would only harm the
TWL. By letting people move a little, you keep the interest
of "fans" in the league way longer than with a constant
league that does not evolve.
You said that no squad that's been taken as a replacement
in the middle of a season has had any impact on the league.
If you had played this game for just longer than a year
or two you would know that whiterabbits, for example, were
indeed originally a replacement squad. If I can remember right
WildFire (of which you've propably never heard of) was dissolved
and pub newbs that had their own squad called Whiterabbits
was introduced to the TWL community.
I myself was very sceptic of their TWLB skills but now think
highly of their basing skills.
