Does anyone else think TWL is a little lame? I mean, it may be fun when you play your first match (all the high tech bot stuff), but for some reason I get really bored during them. A lot of squads put so much weight in being in TWL, and then, once your in it, it seems kinda anticlimactic. For some reason I tense up whenever I play them, and hardly ever feel I did myself justice (skillwise). I have NO fun playing them.

Although, I do enjoy playing without pressure, but in a structured setting (TWD and for the most part TWT). I have/had SO much more fun playing in TWD, where you aren't being recorded for some "almighty" league.

I may be the only one that feels this way, but whatever. Maybe somebody shares my feelings too.

P.S. I also haven't been on any elite squads (maybe one "iffy" squad, but that's all) so I don't know if being or feeling that you are the best has anything to do with it or not...

I agree ... I've sort of lost interest in TWL ... and it is sort of anticlimatic in that it's just not as exciting as I thought it would be. Of course it could be that I've just lost interest in SS in general.

its bc 1 week the bot works, 1 week it dont, we take 2 week break in middle of the TWL, and the BIGGEST problem is time after time they hold TWL during the summer months, why not do it during winter when more ppl play the damn game when its ugly out instead of wen its 90 degree's out on a weekend, dont make sence this would be a nic change next year WINTER LEAGUES

If pusher and epi announced that twl would start in december, how much bitching would we hear? Now you're bitching because they started it as soon as they were ready? can't make anyone happy.

As far as TWL being boring, maybe you're just not as competitive as some other people. TWL is the only thing keeping me interested in this game and I want my team to be #1. I even get all excited about the leagues that I suck too much to play in. (except javs, It's hard to stay interested in javs.)

Absolutely true, but that doesn't change the fact summer leagues might not be as fun as competetive winter leagues. I don't reall see this as necessarily an attack on the work epi and push have done. I think saying, "I prefer a winter league" can be helpful feedback.


P.S. I also think the league lacks the same fire that last season held, but I agree with bz about who's fault it is.

Winter leagues would be better for everyone. And it was my understanding that there would be a winter league (if I'm wrong, correct me). But now everyone's crying because there's ALSO a league in the summer?

Two sounds like the best option to me. It gives squads a chance to be a little more competative since it wouldn't be just once a year.

Cylor I think its hypocritical to say you've lost interest in TWL but also saying you feel tense before the games because it means so much you dont want to mess it up?


And to the people complaining about Summer leagues: the games are on the weekends, which part of the year the season takes place in should be a non factor

Leagues are boring, and you don't care about them, but they stress you out? Lots of boring things that I don't care about stress me out, too. Sewing makes me SO fucking anxious. I don't even know how to describe it.
