TRU DAT. btw, bobo bef wasnt at 11 deaths, he was at 17-9 i distincly remember, q-tank was 8-4, others were something like 8-6 12-7, blah nevermind i dont distinctly remember, anyway the point is, that we all lagged out when bobo had 1 life, and it was 5v1, how can u say lag affected the game?

True Gerbz, at least Crome followed his rules so closely that he missed the deadline by 30 seconds or so, and siege lost their only TWL-D game in history. Though they didn't lose it, I still give him props for that. (Kind of his own fault for not thinking about that rule though

yea, much respect to crome for that.

but in terms of things, consistency is more important than accuracy. a league with flexible rules can work, and a league with absolute set-in-stone-followed-to-the-letter rules can also work. but when you mix the two, it sucks for everyone affected as well as ruins any credibility the league authorities are supposed to have.

example: following the roster lock rule word for word when an unexpected situation arose that suggested a better solution, and then following it up with a forfeit situation that was warped by league op discretion while the word for word ruling proved the op incorrect. this is bad practice all around... you have to pick either the flexible or hardass mentality, then stick with it. those who mix the mentalities don't deserve to be in charge.

you honestly expect me to go through every thread and copy/paste things i've already said into a neat little guide for you to read? if you're incapable of reading things and understanding them yourself without having someone spoonfeed it to you, then you have no place even trying to debate here.

i take extra care in trying to outline things clearly when i do make a complaint, as well as offer other suggestions based off of things that do work in other situations. go read my threads about the roster lock, or the whole "i miss pusher" topic and you'll find very large supporting points behind the arguments.

it's cute when a scrub tries to stick up for his squadcaptain though.

You know if you just made your point instead of stricking them in between a sea of insults, it might go better for you guys. The rest of us don't really find it all that amusing. If something is legitimately wrong, ok. If you create problems like you've done a couple times in basing games through the years then complain about them... that's just annoying

Personally I think rules should be followed as closely as possible, but at some points you just have to use common sense and if it's an exception to the rule oh well. Like in this case 4v5 is obviously what it should be, you can't always have rules that will make sense for every possible occurence.

unfortunately, the current trend seems to be that posts without insult-bait tend to get ignored by the people who are supposed to read them.

and mad props to you for thinking we go out of our way to create chaos so we can play the victim card. i'm sure a ton of people agree with that, no matter how wrong that idea is.
