Assuming you do check IP's and the like to prevent double squadding, do what they do in premier. Put the roster lock on at week 5. Meaning players that leave CANNOT play for other squads, but make it so players can still join for another 2 or 3 weeks. so say then at week 8 it's fulyl locked. Nobody can join or leave but at week 5 it's just that nobody can leave.

I realise that the people who would be joining after week 5 would generally be pretty low in caliber, but grab the actives and it'll help keep the squad alive.The only TWO TIME TWLJ All-Star and TWLB All-Star who never played a game.

My suggestion for next season:
Max roster limit: 30 members
TWL ops announce the start of TWL season. (Preferable 1 week before the first game of the season)
If a nonTWL player wants to join a TWL squad he/she must sit out the next 1 game.
if a TWL player wants to join a different TWL squad he/she must sit out the next 2 games.
If at any time during the TWL season you have joined a TWL squad, you will be put under the rule above.
Roster lock after week 6 ... anyone who is joins a TWL squad after week 6 CANNOT play in post season games.

I think it is fine the way it is. To have players leaving squads to join others after the midpoint part of season seems unfair to the squads they played for. They have half a season to decide who they want to play for as well as the whole off season.Comment
