A dysfunctional team doesn't necessary need to be replaced rather only the weak elements needs to be rectified.

Ok, what am i talking about? I am refering to the fact that people are proposing a complete overhaul to the system instead of refining it further. It isn't very efficient nor competantly logical to completely replace ideas when the ones in place seem to work with minor flaws. A refinement would probably work wonders.

Still don't get what I'm saying? Well, don't change the whole system inviting more flaws when you can rectify the flaws in the current system. Therefore, I think the ideas such as two teirs etc that involve the overhaul of the current system is wasteful because it only invites other unseen flaws to enter the system and have more people bitch at the end of that season.

Instead ideas that will fix the current flaws should be considered more valiable to the discussion.

To make my whole point short: Choose between cross conference playoffs or wildcards or a varient that still keeps the current conference structure inplace.

I'm not gonna bother trying to see how many no-shows you had.. doesn't really matter. point is, you won 8 out of 30 games and based on your total scores, it looks like you really got your asses crushed in most of those losses.

Just for the record, if I don't remember wrong Supremacy (I'm pretty sure it was called Supremecy in the beginning though) has been around since early 2001.

This is what I suggest (only applies to TWLB) ... assuming we have 16 teams next season (can be modified for 14 teams) ...

Have 16 teams together in 1 big conference.
A committee ranks these 16 teams before the season starts.
The team seeded #1 plays teams #2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16
The team seeded #2 plays teams #3, 5, 7, 9, 11, 13, 15, 1
The team seeded #3 plays teams #4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 2
... etc etc

So every team plays 8 games in a season.

Top 8 teams make playoffs.
1v8
2v7
3v6
4v5

Lower max roster down to 30.

If a nonTWL member wants to join a TWL squad he/she must wait 1 game. If a TWL member wants to join a TWL squad he/she must wait 2 game. Anyone who joins after game 4 CANNOT play in postseason games.

2nd BZ the point remains we made it through the season..more then a COMPETATIVE shriek and Camisade can say..and if i must remember ppl were so high on shriek and camisade doin good in leagues..look where they are no where...cripz made it through and didnt make a squad replace us..but we dont get congrats on that

well guess what , cripples had problems and congrats to u that u pulled through ... but a squad that had no problems and actually prevented them is prone to be alot more stable than cripps and deserves alot more congrats and thats wy people waste it on them and not on u .....

melee had a great season and didnt dissolve .... diso as well ... pallies as welll ..... rampage , elusive , light had alot of losses and held on ......

Learn to comprehend, I said they are a 'get good quick' squad, meaning unlike Solstice they started out at a high skill level, instead of working up to it. Judging by the roster, I see no immediate threat that would make Cynical in any way superior to Solstice.

You judge squads by the names they have, players by how well you know them, the success probability of squads on their past (irrelevant) achievements...why don't you actually start considering relevant information. Supremacy got floored in round 10 while Solstice won two games. Yet Supremacy is still the better choice. Stop fooling yourself, man. Even I currently don't have enough info on how Supremacy will do or how their Captain will manage things to even evaluate which squad would be a better choice, yet here someone who isn't even part of either squad has it all figured out already. Sorry Sirius. but i don't understand how you can even compare the players on these squads, at least skillwise. But i do agree that I'd rather have a squad that can show the right amount of players to every game, and have funcitonal(even if annoying) leadership. Cynical would have probably dissolved the first week it got into leagues, i mean how many times has this squad tried to form. It has gotten them nowhere, so it proves that no matter how much skill you have on a squad, it doesn't give you the right to join leagues ahead of a team who put in effort and time. Still tho, i wouldn't go as far as comparing -solstice-'s roster to cynical's.
