Pallies had a LOT of new acquistions this year on top of the inactivity issues. So it never really was the true core of pallies playing in leagues except for a few games. In terms of TWD I think we've never looked better and the new members are all starting to click together. Add the old team, and pallies fundamentals (reach arounds and unusual base lineups) to the new... excuse the pun.. blood and I'd say we're poised mother fucker. POISED.

Another team looking strong is Melee. Nick might not want to toot his own horn but I'll do it. They picked up some good players lately and should only get stronger in all three leagues next season.

But I'd say it's to early to be calling the finals of any league (aside from basing where it'll be Pallies vs some newbies) because there's a lot that has yet to happen. New squads should be popping up soon. With a little luck, TWD2: Castro's Revenge, will be just as exciting as TWL.

Instead look for storng showins from squads we know won’t dissolve – Disoblige, Pallies, Melee, Sk8, whatevername delectable is currently using for his squads and DragonGuard

I like the pickups Melee made with basing. Melee always had leet spiders and a great individual talent basing, but never really played like a team in basing. Hope to see them up there next season though. I hope we can branch off into twld/twlj but i doubt we can ever get into those. The next season will probably be in january or around there i think .

thanks for the mention by the way. In jav I finally stopped sucking enough so that I was actually allowed to play in jav games for a squad whose captain wasn't a roommate of mine. twlj is fun. So I know at the very least I improved in that.

Most Improved TWLD Player goes to Ripper by far, this was his first season, I was persuaded to recruit him in the early days of Rampage and during the season he became a solid starter and one of the best wb's there is.

Don't forget the "TEAM THAT CHOKED THE HARDEST" award... this team was poised to be a serious contender in both base and dueling, and possibly, with some luck javs too. But first round of playoffs came and they crumbled like bleu cheese (smelled like it too).

$10 says Ripper has played more TWL matches than I have in my 4 years. Being that I have played around 20 TWL games ever. So I wouldnt really call him a rookie. Most improved? Sure why not.
