is the current formula good enough and did it work in your opinion?

(imo it's excellent and you can find most of all star players from top values)

I think it is excellent. Talked to Anzu about it:

Next season player scores and final rating will be recorded and will be available to look at when next twl season starts. That is cool because it becomes like a database for player performance.

One nice addition would be to know what squads the players have played for while in TWL. Currently if a player has a rec and moves to another squad the rec is carried over however you dont know who they were playing for when they got it.

basing will be a great addition! good luck with coming up with a formula in which i can make as much pts when i shark and win and when i spider and win, otherwise i'll just play the ship in which i can make the most pts. :P

how is picking yourself lame? i don't think anybody who played in twl really looked at how their stats would be effected in twlm.

Great stuff, although I got tired of analyzing duel/jav squads and respective opponents after a while. Basing would be a cool addition. As for how you calculate points, I'll leave up to you guys. Balancing that out will be tough.

picking yourself isnt lame, it's smart. anything that will makeplayers more competitive will add to the skill level of the game. and being able to pick yourself will make you want to do alot better, and since you'll be setting your goals higher, the overall competition of the game will raise as well.
