Another way, just testing with the "change as little as possible" style:
I removed the blocks circled with red. This would force the defending terr to move one notch towards the center, thus being exposed to direct fire. If he has to back out even a little it's easier to rep the terr out of the cram.
Thought about making the entrance a little higher (green circles) but that doesn't work because the entrance becomes too small then.
Blue circles: I moved the whole thing one tile down, so that it's easier for the attacking team to get into a position out of which they cannot be repped very easily.

Well it all depends on ur outlook on basing. If u only got into basing recently when lining wsa on the out then u'll naturly like cram more bc its what u learned to do 1st. FOr ppl like us pv who grew up on lining then went to cram we like line more bc the games were always more interesting that way. More flagroom fights, more about possiting with terrs, sharks had to learn to use a repel as a weapon instead of just repeling and timing with a partner. But u can say the Cram is just as interesting for a spider bc u can rack up huge amounts of kills in a small amount of time in it.
Basing just naturly evolved into the cram. Last season it hit us like a sack of rocks, and no one knwe how to break it efficiently. Now this season/off-season i see alot more crams being broken alot faster then they were a year or so ago. Its just a matter of time till someone figures the perfect crambreaker._o_2NASRALLAH

I'm sure most of you are unaware of this:
Subspace and all current map editors only support 190 tiles, that's tiles 1 - 190. Continuum, however, supports 255 tiles (1 - 255). Some of the 191 - 255 tiles have interesting properties.
(see here for info)
The tile 191 attracts my attention for this problem. You can fly through it, but shots hit it like any other wall so it could possibly be implemented to help encourage lining over cramming.
If a line of these tiles was placed across the entrance, the defending team would be forced to either cram much lower or line. This would make a cram which is easier to break but the defending team could use this "wall" to it's advantage, maybe the terr hides behind it while everyone else pushes out. This could, of course, be the end of cramming which some people (including me) don't want to see. I want to see a base where both cramming and lining (and maybe other, new, strategies) are all pretty even, with the squad being the factor that makes them better or worse.
This is only a quick idea, but I'm sure with a little thought a much better one can be thought out using these tiles.
NOTE: These tiles can only be placed in a map by using a hex-editor or by using this tile-replacer (Made by Overburn). Once you've placed in the tiles, the map cannot be opened in SSME, but will work fine in continuum.
I've also modified the FR using regular tiles which at some point I will stick on this thread for your feedback.
