Hey everyone,
Now that TWL Season 6 is completely over it's time to announce the MVPs of season 6 and other awards.

Now for the awards you've all been waiting for. After careful consideration with the other TWL Ops, and with some of the more active refs of the season the TWL staff would like to present our picks for this season's MVPs. There are seasonal and playoff MVPs. Although MVPs may have some of the best records, we also considered things as what teams they played against to get their records, their contribution to their squad's victories, how active they were, and what impact they had on their squad's performace. Without further adeu, this season's winners:
TWLD Seasonal MVP: Vihta - Elusive
TWLD Playoff MVP: Demonfaze - Elusive
TWLJ Seasonal MVP: Mr. Spam - Elusive
TWLJ Playoff MVP: Download - Disoblige
TWLB Season MVP: Warportal - Disoblige
TWLB Playoff MVP: Pure_Luck - Spastic
Congratulations to all of the award winners and I truely hope you all enjoyed playing TWL Season 6.
In a few days I'll be posting more about the future of TWL.
I'd like to thank all of the refs of TWL who made this season possible. Without them hosting games, TWL would not have been able to proceed, and it was their hard work that made this possible.
I'd also like to thank Castromarx for creating an amazing website which took weeks of solid programming to create. As well as to Strike for the website's design. Also to 2dragons for endlessly working on the bots throughout the season to make sure that they worked perfectly well.
I'd also like to thank Acid for being there every weekend to make sure all the games ran on time, as this season had the best on schedule times in recent memory and was certainly a pleasure to play in.
To my fellow second in commands, I want to thank THE PUSHER for redeveloping the entire TWL System with me from the rules to gameplay, and for being there for those first 7 weeks of TWL. PUSHER kept me sane when no one else was there to help and together we developed and ran a tight ship.
To Cpt. Guano! I want to thank him for taking PUSHER's job and helping me out a bit, and for his massive contributions this season in both adding to the TWL site and endlessly updating the TWL database with fixes.
Finally I'd like to thank all of you the players for playing in this season. We set a few records in our TWL finals for attendence, and it was a long but fun ride.
The work began in earnest 5 months ago with the announcement of the 2-week warning in April. Since then it has been around the clock, every Saturday, every Sunday and everyday answering the questions and making sure things ran smoothly. From setting the scheduling every Thursday evening, to doing appeals TWL has been a lot of work, but completely worth it. I hope you all enjoyed TWL as much as I did this past season, and with those final words, TWL Season 6 is officially over!
