But where else can you draw a line? Those squads that were competetive but didn't make playoffs can easily requalify. And there does need to be trimming. Not every noncompetetive squad is polite as Paladen.

I'm pointing mainly to the squad that only won as many games in three leagues as diso won in TWLB playoffs.

Edit: I thought of another place; keep squads with positive records. But I'd prefer the playoff line.

I think playoff squads staying makes sense, since half of them dissolved anyway, you're only letting a few obvious choices stay on the twl train until next season. squads like brits and no surrender, though I feel for these squads, realistically should have to prove that they can be competitive. and crips really should too.. I haven't looked at their roster, but since they were running low on guys last season, half their squad is probably new.

the playoff line makes sense, but if you wanted to draw the line lower to only remove a couple squads, I'd rather everyone requalifies, even though that means us too, becuase it would make for a better twl season.

and im not saying that requalifying is a bad thing..yes it mite bring the best competition or it mite not..squads like Veloce who duel 10+ duels a nite against not so good teams are gonna be high in that ranking bcv they refuse to duel good squads...and my main point was i hate being serious in this game it makes it less fun for me...and when i must try for that many months for TWL then try for TWD leading rite into TWL...we get like 2-3 months of relaxing and tking and whatever floats ur boat...which persnoaly sucks

as u can see yes this is all my opinion but also if u drop teh lower tier from each league and make them requalify in that league..and add that to the dropout squads...you'll have a nice competative and a league w/ long lived squads in it for we konw all the top/mid tier are pretty much 1+ years old and showed they can stay alive

for TWLD u got 16 teams - 6 - 3 = 7 teams garenteed a spot and that means 9 spots for reqaulification which is in my mind alot and will show who are the best 9 squads in TWDD to get into TWLD next season

for TWLJ u got 16? - 4 - 3 = 9..which gives 9 teams garenteed a spot ...and 7 spots for TWLJ which isnt to bad of a number either

for TWLB u got 16-5-3 = 8 teams who garenteed aspot...so therfor u got 8 open spots through TWD...which lsat eyar it was only like 5 wasnt it?

all this is based on the squads who died the ones who i konw are alive and subtracting 3 of my bottom tier squads also

well what i see here is a few great squads who will have competition..but i'd also see squads like <giants> who i've never heard of..or Vitality/4life who can we really agrentee will ast a whole TWL? or be more competative then Cripples or any other sucky squad

Seriously can we just get a rough estimate from someone in charge? Why do we have to be completely in the dark every season. I don't care if it doesn't start right away, but let us know what's going on. Has anyone even put any thought at all into when it's starting?

i would expect a start date to be announced atleast a few weeks after they find the person to replace guano (who obviously has replaced epi) and announce his (or her) promotion

Rejected Basers is ready for twl...please let us on we all worked hard for this. We are more of a competitive squad than before, and I think we have a shot for championship, well at least top five.

TWL participants are chosen on the basis thusly:

First Priority- Squads that made playoffs in their respectable leagues last season.

Second Priority- The top squads in TWD that are NOT already in TWL, chosen until the 16 slots in each league are filled.

Third Priority- If a squad dissolves or choses not to participate in league play (regardless of whether they're returning TWL or not), when they are eligible, the next eligible will be chosen from TWD.

Correct me if I goofed that up?
