The Semi-Finals Deathmatch would be for TSLD and TSLJ on a Sunday.
It would have no effect on the Finals or the top 10 TSL All-Stars.
It would simply add 2 TSL All-Star medals to both leagues (from 10 to 12), as the two alternates/subs in the Finals, should any of those players be unable to show.
The Semi-Finals would be for the #11-40 ranked players, featuring 30 players (anyone not showing will be replaced with the next highest ranked player in the standings.)
We could do it with 30 individuals on their own freq, awarding the last man standing and the MVP the two final All-Star medals, or we could let players team up with whoever they want in the #11-40 range and have 15 two-man teams.
I think it could be a really fun end-season event, with a giant deathmatch for those missing the cutoff to become TSL All-Stars and Finals starters, and keep players engaged even if they can't leap into the top ten spots.
That said, it is not necessary, so I'm interested in your thoughts.
Thanks!
