League Structure

• 6 teams per division
• Separate caps for each division

Schedule:

• Week of April 20^th to April 26^th – Draft
• April 27, 2025 Week 1 (Games 1/2)
• May 4, 2025 – Week 2 (Games 3/4)
• May 11, 2025 – Week 3 (Games 5/6)
• May 18, 2025 – Week 4 (Games 7/8)
• May 25, 2025 – Week 5 (Games 9/10)

Playoffs:

• June 1, 2025 – Semi-Finals
• June 8, 2025 – Finals

Regular Season Format:

• Double Round Robin: Each team competes against every other team TWICE during the regular season.
• Top 4 teams in each division will make the playoffs.

Regular Season:

• Warbird Cup: 2:00 PM EST, 2:30 PM EST
• Javelin Cup: 3:00 PM EST, 3:30 PM EST
• Basing Cup: 4:00 PM EST, 4:30 PM EST

Playoffs:

• Warbird Cup: 2:00 PM EDT
• Javelin Cup: 3:00 PM EDT
• Basing Cup: 4:00 PM EDT

Team Signups:

• The number of teams will depend on the number of signups, with a target of 6 teams per division.
• If there is a high level of interest and a large number of players sign up, additional teams may be added at the discretion of the ops, but the schedule dates will remain unchanged.

Bans and Zero Tolerance Policy:
Note: Players who refuse to play, attempt to block trades, or are caught lying about their show rate will be banned for the season. Other violations may lead to further disciplinary action. Here are a few key rules:

• Auto-Ban: Trading names or logging into another player’s account during a match is an automatic 2-season ban from Trench Wars Cups.
• Alias Abuse: Using an alias to avoid proper alias checks will result in a season-long ban.
• Pre-Draft Threats: Threatening not to show up or refusing to play for a captain after being picked will lead to a minimum 2-season ban.

Important: League ops will review violations and determine appropriate action based on the situation. Use common sense and sportsmanship!

Appeals Process:

• Appeals: Each captain gets 2 appeals per league throughout the regular season. Every playoff match is also eligible for appeal.
• Submit an Appeal: Within 24 hours of the incident, post your appeal in the TW forums with a detailed explanation. Late appeals will be considered invalid.
• Appeal Response: League ops & the decisions committee will review and respond to appeals within 72 hours of submission.

If an appeal is granted, the game will be replayed at a time agreed upon by both teams. If the opposing team refuses to reschedule reasonably, they will forfeit.
Note: League ops reserve the right to make fair, common-sense rulings on any unforeseen circumstances.

Emergency Scenarios:
In the rare event of a major disruption, league operators will consult with all captains to determine the best course of action for the season's integrity.

Playoff Format:

• Top 4 teams from each division qualify for the playoffs.
• Seeding:
  • #1 seed vs. #4 seed
  • #2 seed vs. #3 seed
• Tiebreakers:
  • Head-to-head record
  • K-ratio from head-to-head matchups
  • Most kills in the division
  • If still tied, a play-in match will determine the seed.
• Playoff Format:
  • Best of 3 series for Warbird, Javelin, and Basing
  • Warbird & Javelin: First to 50 kills
  • Basing: 15-minute match duration

Trades:

• Trades will be allowed until May 18, 2025, 11:59 PM EST (Week 3).
• Deadline: All trades must be submitted before Friday, 11:59 PM EST each week.
• Trade Approval: League ops will review and approve or deny trades. Lopsided trades will not be allowed—please use discretion when making trades.

Free Agency:

• No Free Agency will be allowed during the season.

Key Notes:

• No Star Caps for these leagues.
• No Borrowing will be allowed.
• Every player who signs up WILL be selected.
• You can sign up for 1 division, 2 divisions, or all 3 divisions.
• Aliasing is allowed, but captains and players will know your main alias for league parity.
• Sign up early to ensure smooth league management and to accommodate any necessary changes.
