Deadline to sign up for Free Agency:
🕐 Saturday, May 18th, 2025 – 1:00 PM EST

The Free Agency Draft will take place shortly after the signup deadline on May 18th at 1:00 PM EST.

• The order of the draft for each division will be based on the teams' current rankings in the standings, using the same tiebreaking metrics used for playoff seeding.
• Lowest-ranked team gets first pick, and so forth.
• It will be a snake draft (e.g., Round 1 goes 1–5, Round 2 goes 5–1, and so on).

[Free Agency Update – Week 2 Adjustment/Update]

Hey everyone,

It’s been brought to the ops team’s attention that, due to the unusual scheduling this season, it is possible not all teams will have played the same number of games by the end of Week 2 across each division. As a result, using the current standings outright to determine Free Agency (FA) priority after Week 2 would not be fair.

To ensure balance and fairness, we’re introducing a simple adjustment for FA rankings this week:

• In each division, we’ll identify the team with the fewest games played.
• All other teams will only have their first X games counted (X = the minimum number of games played in that division). The timeline for determining which games to count will be based on the actual date and time the matches were played, not their originally scheduled time, in cases where matches have been rescheduled.
• Standings will be based on points from those games only (1 point per win, 0 for a loss).

Example (Warbird Division):
Let’s say AlieExpress has only 3 games played by end of Week 2. Here’s how the adjusted leaderboard would look:

Avengers 3-0
Happy Hippos 2-1
Prime 1-2
Ethereal 1-2
AlieExpress 1-2

As you can see, Prime, Ethereal, and AlieExpress are tied for last place. To resolve ties, we will randomize the order using a dice roller/randomizer website, just like we did during the initial draft.
